First screen replacement service messup

I've been replacing screens for months now, and I accidentally nicked the entire front sensor flex cable on a customer's standard iPhone 14. I didn't think much of it at the time, but now their phone is having serious issues. The screen is fully black. The phone seems to turn on, but there is no display at all.I know I have to take full responsibility for this and make it right. I don't even know what to do next. What is the best way to handle this repair so they don't lose functions? Any advice works.

S23 ultra housing swap

I've swapped countless Samsung phones, but this back glass is so damn difficult. I've used isopropyl alcohol, suction cups, prying tools, and heated it at 185°F for 5 minutes countless times, but nothing works. I've even used clear tape. Am I supposed to use a specific tape?

Tips and tricks for cracked back glass removal Samsung S series

After repairing a couple of Samsung S series, specifically the S23 and S24 Ultras, the back glass glue is very strong, even with heat and suction cups. It's even harder when the back glass is cracked. Does anyone know any tools that can help remove the back glass of one with a cracked back glass? I've heard tape is good; what type of tape?

Warm start issues audi a4 b8.5

Hello guys, I have a 2015 Audi A4 (custom stage 1 tuned, past owner) with a warm start issue.

When starting the car when the engine is still warm, it turns on, then turns off, then cranks endlessly without gas.

I took it to the mechanic, and they found a P0100 code and charged 180 dollars for diagnostics and advised me to replace the MAF airflow sensor.

I replaced it, and after driving 300km, the issue started again. A couple of things I've noted are that the issue usually happens in warm weather, and the car runs very rich afterward, but after I press the gas to crank, it works like normal.

Considering the tune might be the issue, I used the OBD2 to look for codes and found a P029900 code for underboost turbo. Regardless, that shouldn't have anything to do with a warm start issue, right? I'm so lost as I've already dropped nearly 500 dollars on this issue and haven't found a solution.

Absolutely any insight will help me.

Thank you guys.

PartsAvatar.ca

Just wanted to warn everyone who wants to order parts online. Do not pay attention to the shipping dates stated by Parts Avatar – it is completely unreliable.

I drive a car that throws errors, runs rich, and stalls at high temperatures. That is why I chose to order a new OEM Hitachi MAF sensor from them because they guaranteed prompt delivery.

Literally as soon as I gave them my money, it took them over a week to process my order. Later they pushed the delivery date one whole week – no explanation whatsoever.

Looking through the reviews, many people have had the same experience with them. They guarantee quick shipping, change their mind, postpone delivery for a over a week, and after that, it takes roughly 4 weeks before they deliver the entire thing. What the hell?

Never used them until today – 100% last time for me. Sent a refund request already because the part is available locally.

Do not buy from this company if you need parts urgently.

People who complain about Audi reliability and don't do maintenance.

People call Audi unreliable, but then they skip oil changes and scheduled service. It is a high-end car, not a Toyota. It needs proper care to run right. Show love to your car, and it will love you back the same.

2015 audi a4 tuned flash back to stock?

I bought this car from auction a couple of months ago. The first time I had it in warm weather, it struggled to start after being warm. I heard it could possibly be heat soak, and this is what the ECU is reading: charge air pressure specific value 352hPa, actual is 920hPa when in park and warm. When I go full throttle, I read around 2100hPa. Is it best to flash the car back to stock and invest in an actual tune?

2015 audi a4 tuned

I bought this tuned car from an auction a couple of months ago. The first time I had it in warm weather, it struggled to start after being warm. It could crank for 10 to 15 seconds easily or just start then turn off. I heard it could possibly be heat soak, and this is what the ECU is reading: charge air pressure specific value 352hPa, actual is 920hPa when in park and warm. When I go full throttle, I read around 2100hPa. Is it best to flash the car back to stock and invest in an actual tune?
