How To Repeat Conditional Formatting

I am trying to find an easy solution on how to copy conditional formatting rules down this entire column without having to individually change each format rule for each cell.

When I try to copy the cell or drag the blue square, it keeps the format rule as "=$G3=TRUE" and applies it to range "A3:F3,G3:G4" and only applies the conditional formatting to the cell with the checkbox. Is there a way to make it automatically update to "=$G4=TRUE" and "A4:G4" without having to manually type it all in?

Banned for "Impersonation Violation" but it's the company's official account

I have been running a company's official TikTok account (created by the owner) for a couple years now. I was suddenly permanently banned a few days ago, no warning, for "Impersonation."

I submitted an appeal and explained this is the official account for that business and said we can provide whatever documentation is needed to prove it, and my appeal got denied.

I just submitted another report in hopes to have a live person review this, because I read through their entire guidelines page and I don't believe I violated anything.

Recently a lot of people have been posting that their fan accounts have been banned, but what about official/verified accounts? Does anyone have experience with this or recommendations?

Canon R10 with Sigma 17-40mm f/1.8 DC ART - Sony E Fit

I just received my Sigma 17-40mm f/1.8mm DC ART - Sony E Fit and realized it's not compatible with my R10. Is there an adaptor I can purchase for it, or should I return the Sony E Fit and purchase the Canon RF Fit instead?

Thanks!

Canon R10 vs Sony A7 IV

I'm going to be shooting action photography & action videography at a trampoline park, sometimes in low light/blacklight for GLOW. So lots of movement happening!

I previously had the Canon Rebel T7 but am looking to upgrade and I don't know which would be better. It looks like the Sony A7 IV is great, but is it worth the price difference? This will only be my second camera so I don't know if it's better to jump into the deep end or start with the R10 then transition to the A7 IV.

I'm also going to primarily be using these for social media and in-park advertising, so the image/video quality may be affected when uploading them to social apps.

Overall, which camera do you think is better for my situation and what lens would you recommend with it?

  • Budget: Give a number in an actual currency. Does this budget cover any lenses/accessories, or do you have a separate budget for those?
  • Country: USA
  • Condition: Open to New or Used
  • Type of Camera: Mirrorless
  • Intended use: Hybrid shooting
  • If photography; what style: Sports & Candid
  • If video what style: Sports & Vlogging
  • What features do you absolutely need: I'm honestly not sure!
  • Portability: Shoulder strap or small bag
  • Cameras you're considering: Canon R10 & Sony A7 IV
  • Cameras you already have: Canon Rebel T7, not fast enough for me. Images tend to come out very grainy.

Worth it to get the EF-EOS R?

I currently have a Canon Rebel T7 and am looking at purchasing the R10. The Canon rep i spoke to recommended I get the RF50mm F1.8 STM lens.

I currently have the EF-S 18-55mm and EF 75-300mm lenses.

My boyfriend and I will be sharing the R10. I’m planning to use it for action photography & action videography (for advertising), and my boyfriend is dabbling in real estate photography.

I’m trying to decide if it’s worth it to just sell the camera body and keep the lenses since I’d need to purchase the EF-EOS R. Or if I should sell the camera with the lenses and buy others as needed.

If i do purchase the adapter, should I buy it off Amazon for $50 or buy it from Canon for $150? Is there much of a difference in quality?

Looking for Tips to Improve Team's Attitude and Overall Guest Experience

I work in a family entertainment center and recently had a meeting with both my management team and my cashiers on ways to improve guest experience. We are trying to stand out against the crowd, get our teen employees amped to come to work, and deliver the best experience possible every single day.

The problem is, this is 99% of our staff's first jobs. Most of them start with us between ages 14-16 and work their way up.

I don't have much support from corporate on how we can make our guest experience better, since most of them don't work on-site and haven't for many years if ever. We have so many opportunities to create memorable moments for our guests, whether it be birthday parties, selling memberships, playing with them on our attractions, turning a negative experience into a positive one, etc.

I feel like I keep saying the same thing over and over and nothing is changing. I'm on the path to become a designated Guest Experience Manager, and while I feel I deliver a great experience to our guests, I don't know how to get my team to do the same.

I've been working here for 8 years now under my parents as the franchisees, so I definitely have a different perspective and care compared to the average employee. I just feel like I'm talking to a wall every time I try to get them to try new ways to elevate our guests experience.

Does anyone here manage FEC and have experience with this type of thing?

Best Upgrade from Rebel T7?

I’ve had the Rebel T7 for maybe 9 months now and I’m looking to upgrade. I’m still a beginner, but I’m wanting to dabble in videography and backlight photography. I also need to still be able to take action shots.

I called Canon and they recommended either the R10 or R50 with a RF 50mm f/1.8 STM lens.

So should I get the R10 or R50? Or is there something else you think would be better? And is that lens good for what i’m shooting, or do you recommend something else?

My budget is $1,500 or less for the camera and lens together.

My coworker brings her baby to work & is ungrateful. AIO?

Going to try not to include too many details to keep this anonymous, but I’ve been having issues with my coworker and need to see if i’m overreacting or not.

I work at a family-owned business, and this coworker does not have any support in her life for her toddler child. No stable partner, hardly any support from her family, cannot afford childcare, etc. Our boss has allowed her to bring her baby to work since she still needs money and has nobody to watch her.

Our boss and other coworkers have taken on a lot of the heavy-lifting for caring for her daughter. To the point where we’re the one taking care of basic needs: hygiene (cutting nails, brushing hair, etc), feeding her, teaching her, putting her down for naps, etc. She also allows her daughter to eat food off the floor or that’s been stepped on, and her daughter eats nothing but junk food. Sometimes she isn’t eating her first meal of the day until 1-2pm. When her daughter tries to cuddle with her, she pushes the baby away. She doesn’t keep a close eye on her at work, so her daughter just kind of gets passed around from person to person. She also lets her sit at our desks and rummage through our paperwork, get our desks dirty, touch our computers, etc.

My coworker hardly thanks anyone for their help with caring for her daughter. We’ve even watched her daughter at home to allow her time to get work done. However, sometimes we’ll watch her daughter for her and she doesn’t get any work done. So it’s basically just free babysitting for a few hours while she gets paid for someone else to watch her child.

I’m honestly trying to figure out if I should talk to her about this or not. It’s been going on for a few months now and it’s really starting to get under my and my coworkers’ skin. My main concern is the lack of basic care that we’re seeing from her. I don’t know what her upbringing was like, but she has an image in her head that she’s a flawless mom. (She also has control of the schedule and has used favoritism when scheduling and manipulating the schedule so she gets more tips/hours) I was so frustrated over it that I cried on my way to work today. Am I overreacting?

I currently own a business and I've been advertising on Instagram and Facebook for a while now. I recently discovered advertising on Spotify. Looking for feedback for the best platforms to advertise to teens/young adults and to parents (there are likely different platforms that are better for each audience which is fine).

Mostly wondering if Spotify is worth it and if there's any other platform I should check out.
