I donated blood today and the nurse/doctor told me to try something relaxing, so while I was laying down I put in a AirPod and listened to Shinobu’s theme while donating to keep myself calm and collected and sure enough it worked, idk if anyone else here has donated blood before or is planning to, but I think it’s worth a try
