Looking for a 27” Monitor Under ₹15K — iPad-Based Setup for Trading + Movies (I DON’T PLAY GAMES)

I’m looking to build a monitor-based setup around my iPad, and I’d really appreciate some recommendations from people who know monitors well.

27-inch monitor
Budget: ₹15,000 max
Main use:
📈 Trading charts
🎬 Movies & TV shows
▶️ YouTube / general content consumption
I don’t game, so extremely high refresh rates aren’t a priority. I have added a few options if you guys can check it out.
My priority is good picture quality, colours, contrast and viewing experience, especially because this will basically be my only/main display for watching content.
🔌 My planned setup
I want to use my iPad as the main computer and connect:
● iPad → Monitor
● Wireless mouse → iPad
● Wired keyboard → iPad
● Bluetooth speaker → iPad/monitor setup for better audio
Basically, I want the monitor + iPad to function almost like a desktop setup.
🎯 What I need help with
- What 27” monitor under ₹15,000 would you recommend?
- Should I specifically look for 1440p (2K) at this budget, or is 1080p enough for 27”?
- What refresh rate makes sense for my use — 100/120Hz vs 144Hz?
- Is there a monitor that can make the iPad → monitor + keyboard + mouse + Bluetooth speaker setup convenient?
- Should I look for a monitor with USB-C, or is HDMI + an adapter/dock a better option?
- Any particular brands/models I should consider or avoid?
I’m based in Delhi, so it’s not necessary for the monitor to be available online. I’m perfectly happy to visit Nehru Place if I can get a better deal there.
I’d really appreciate specific model recommendations and, if possible, what price I should realistically expect to pay for them in Delhi.
