We are really considering planting clover seed for our lawn as we would not have to cut it (at least not very often) and it will probably be easier to keep green (with out much or any watering).

But we are a bit worried that if we want to sell one day, it might be a issue for some people as it will be very hard to remove the clover (as it is basically a weed)

We are not planning to move any time soon , but cannot say for sure we will be here forever. I generally say not to worry about resale value but this is more than just re painting a room. You will have to rip up the entire lawn to remove it. -- But that being said I think it will make our lives much easier not having to worry about caring for the lawn as much.

My nieces and nephews are in the 4-6 age range and I am the Auntie that that wants to play and join in.

Standing on the side lines watching the kids in the jumping castle or play structure or doing crafts is really not my idea of a fun day out ha ha, I want to be able to play with them.

Obviously I do know I am an adult and am not going to be knocking kids over, I know I am playing with a 4 year old and need to be extra careful (And I know that is the tricky part, you cannot have a bunch of adults in the kids play area.)

But it is getting a bit sad and depressing when they keeps saying "Auntie come play with me" and I have to keep saying I am too big or told old to join.

I know we can just go to an outdoor park, but we already do that, I am looking for something a bit more special/something different.

I found a cute little book for my brother (the father to be) about a favorite character of ours growing up and becoming a father. As well as a few toys and books that we loved as kids growing up to share with his kids.

Now as the shower is more for the mother it feels a bit odd showing up with gifts only directed to the father lol. I have yet to really find much that I have in common with my sister in law so I don't really know what to get her.

I am going to get something off the registry but it feels a bit odd that I give my brother a super heartfelt and thoughtful gift and for her a box of dippers and a highchair lol (or what ever, I have not totally decided yet)

Obviously everything is more or less for the baby and maybe it is ok to gear my gift more towards the father as people are not really thinking about the Dad at a baby shower?? But I feel like I need something "nice" for her too.
