Earlier i was searching property in Varthur Gunjur area. I have deferred my decision to purchase property to next year due to uncertainty in IT market and assuming price will drop. Also, i am not worried about not getting selective unit due to plenty of inventories will be available by next year.
Please advise if i am right.

Overall , i liked Sanjeevani floor plan but unsure about their promise to finish the flat by 2027..
The other hand , i am more comfortable with orchid life when about on time hand over and builder reputation.
Both charging almost the same rate.
