Hey so I randomly started getting pain and a crackly feeling/noise in my shoulder, though I don’t remember stretching my shoulder any more than I usually do (which is admittedly maybe more than I should be since I’ve had the urge to pick scabs on my back since forever, though it hasn’t had any negative effects at all before) and I don’t remember it full on popping out, I feel like I would have since it happens to my knee a lot and it’s quite painful so I feel like I would have noticed.
Even if I did or didn’t dislocate it, It’s quite late and I have to sleep soon, so is there a way I can try to position myself to avoid hurting my shoulder if I start moving in my sleep?
It also feels really weak and unstable, I’m scared to do more damage to it someone help 😭 I only have two pillows I can use rn, plus three smallish stuffed animals and two blankets besides a comforter

I’m a female teenager with hyper mobility and I want to build more muscle in general and get toned, my arms are currently very twig-like 😭 but this is difficult for me because if I lift anything too heavy for my wrists it’s uncomfortable, and also things like dumbbells are uncomfortable to grip for my hands because my thumbs won’t stop cracking, and this usually deters me from doing any sort of effective upper body workout. I have kettle bells but only five pound ones as too much weight also causes my elbows to become a lot more crackly than usual and it doesn’t feel safe, I’m scared to hurt myself since I have issues with spraining my knee over five times already, and I don’t want to hurt anything else as I am involved in sports. I need advice on how to safely get more toned and gain some muscle.

I’ve been growing this from the seed of a store bought mandarin for about a month or a little over a month, he’s so cute and has such pretty heart shaped leaves 🥹 twelve hours under a grow light per day, I didn’t want to take him outside this year because there are a lot of aphids in my area. So I found a weevil in my room today, it was very cute, but hours later I was trying to take one of those Halloween window stickers off my window that I forgot to get rid of and this is what it looks like upside down… does anyone else see a weevil or is it just me
Edit: guys am I delusional 💔 to me the snoot is on the top right and then possibly a leg on the right side, really only the right half kinda resembles it
