Identiscope camera from 1923/1924

I got this camera on eBay for next to nothing. Over the last month I’ve restored it to this condition so far. From my research this camera was used in the early 1920’s for identification photos. My question is this: Is this camera considered to be large format though it is 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 split into two images? Thanks!

Taking apart, cleaning, paint, electrical, sent Betax shutters out to get serviced, light seals redone, ground glass making and 3D printing for the reflector. Still have to make an arm for the camera to hold a signature card.
