I work at a vet office — long story short momma cat (who was a stray) wasn’t producing any milk so I got to take this lil man home to bottle feed for the next couple weeks! He’s so loud and cute I love him to death
My other two are named Griffyn and Siren — so I’d like to keep it within mythical animal names. He’s a boy, he was the first one to get a’movin, and he was the loudest of the litter of TEN! He’s also dark as night! Purrrrr(e) black!
I’m thinking Phoenix or Chimera… thoughts?

My first ever lava lamp!! Found her at a Meijer’s and realized it was time. I’ve wanted one for so long, and hopefully this opens a door to so many more beautiful lamps. (Also pardon the shitty set up I JUST moved in)

When I opened the lamp, the wax and coil was stuck to the side of the glass (likely an issue in transport) and I was able to knock it loose and slip the coil back into place by jiggling her around a little bit, but there’s these little wax remnants left behind. How do I get her crystal clear again? These little wax bits are reallyyy stubborn and no matter how much I swirled the moving wax around it just wouldn’t pick up the leftovers on the glass.

Now, I’m not opposed to re-bottling, I’m actually really excited to do it — but I love this color and don’t want to mess around with it just yet. Any other advice? Will it just melt eventually?

In case it matters, lamp was running for 3-4 hours today.

This lil fucker flew out of my moving boxes, but I did just have the garage open so he might have flown in and I didn’t notice him.

This was originally meant to be a cover up, but as you can tell, I only made the problem bigger. The linework is chicken scratchy and I feel the anatomy doesn’t make sense. It’s supposed to be a Doberman, but it often gets confused for other animals. The tattoo artist also told me post the appointment that he generated the stencil with ai, which made me pretty upset but I bit my tongue🫠
Is my only hope laser? I’d love to actually like what’s on my arm. I’m not even opposed to blacking that shit out. Any suggestions 😭😭
Also if it’s relevant it’s 1 1/2 year healed

I did a LOT of research on this artist. My friend/coworker got a beautiful, very detailed flash tattoo from him, so I genuinely thought he was reputable. I paid nearly 2k and spent a total of 9 hours in the chair. Just wanted to share that info🙃

Infodumping about Kita because I love her and I love you:
!!NO MAJOR DUNGEON MESHI SPOILERS I PROMISE I’m not all the way caught up myself!!

- Kita was initially introduced post the living armor encounter. (level 4 I believe?) Kita was abandoned by their previous party while they were taking down a monster, and because of this, was originally distrusting of Laios and his party, but easily softened when offered food. Following a meal, their loyalty was sworn to Laios and his party and was eager to help them in their journey.

- Kita’s breed is a rough collie!

- Kita will eat all the inedible parts of a monster left over from cooking. It makes Laios very happy that nothing goes to waste. Kobolds (their race) naturally have very strong stomachs and are immune to poison and rotten food. Kita is the party’s walking garbage disposal. (Per the wiki)

- The common female Kobold’s height is 4’7”, and Kita stands tall for her species at 5’1”! (Per the wiki)

- Kita THRIVES off affection, and Laios gives them a little head scratch after every battle. It becomes so routine that they instinctively lower their head when regrouping with the party.

- Kita is mature and levelheaded, but their patience is not to be tested. When they’re mad, they make it clear and will bare their teeth. They’re very blunt with their emotions.

- Tends to get jealous easily, strives to be the strongest fighter in the party. If not the strongest, they will overwork themselves to become so.

- Kita generally gets along with all main party members, with a very strong exception of Izutsumi. Cat VS dog relationship. They are constantly fighting and butting heads, especially in the beginning! In Kita’s defense, she hardly ever starts these feuds. (If you know the source material, you know how Izutsumi is..)

- Kita is not exceptionally familiar with the common language, and will refer to themselves in the third person, as well as not speak in full sentences. “Kita follow.” Or “Kita grateful for meal.” (Common amongst her species per the wiki)

- Kita admires Laios especially because he himself is very doglike. He also is very interested in their culture, and Kita is enthusiastic to share. Previously, they were a warrior for hire, and were often told they were not paid to speak, and it certainly did not help that they were somewhat hard to understand.

- Kita’s species often lives to 55 years old! Kita is 20 years old.

- When they do not have the commontongue words to express themselves, they will make dog like noises! Growling, barking, whining, ect.! Laios finds this very cute ^^

Looking for someone to draw my dungeon meshi oc, Kita! They’ve been a concept character for a long time and I really want to start using them for things. I’ve tried drawing them myself but I haven’t drawn furries in a very very long time so I’m a little rusty, and have never drawn armor before so they’re gonna look SOOO rough until I actually take the time to learn… so why not have someone else do it in the meantime lol.

Above I have a couple references. First two is my own art. Images 3-5 are the art style of the anime they’re from. Last image is an art style I like, just for reference and such.

I’d like them drawn in dungeon meshi style but I’m open to alternative styles as well. Semi-realistic or realistic preferred! Again though, I’m pretty open.

- Art of Kita and Laios interacting and being cute together because I love them

I don’t really know how much this sort of thing goes for, but I’ll say my budget is $100 per piece since a budget is required in my post.
