Exam Prep with AdjusterPro

This seems like a lot of information and property seems like such a headache but that’s the one I’m most interested in getting into after licensing. I don’t know if anyone in here has done the SC exam but can you give me a little insight on what the questions were like? Mainly state based questions? Terminology?

I had to call out an employer

I’ve reached my breaking point. This company in particular have been “communicating” with me about a job since JUNE. Every time I respond to an email or phone call it’s crickets. The past few weeks they have texted me to inquire if I’m still interested. I respond yes, they tell me to expect a call from this time and I answer the call promptly and who’s ever on the other line just sits there listening to me breathe just to later disconnect. I have officially blocked them but I needed to let them know my feelings first. It’s a legit-reputable company which is why I’ve entertained it for so long but the hiring process seems to be a pain. Are you looking for candidates or not????

I’m so frustrated. This economy is already bad enough. Jobs are not paying what they need to. I’ve applied to over 100 companies over the past few weeks and only had TWO interviews. I’m over qualified for over half of these positions and I feel like that doesn’t even matter anymore. I don’t know what to do.

And yes I’m emailing the CEO right after this. I need to collect my thoughts first. That was not only rude but very unprofessional.

Almost 3 and significantly delayed speech/language — has anyone else experienced this?

To start: His current therapies are speech, early intervention, we’re working on getting OT, and still waiting for his ASD evaluation to start.

My son will be 3 in October, and I’m starting to get really concerned about his development and wondering if other parents have experienced something similar.
He has a significant delay with communication. He doesn’t really answer to yes or no, and he doesn’t consistently seem to know or respond to his own name. He also doesn’t follow most basic commands, even ones that seem like they should be pretty simple.

For example, he struggles with things like “get your shoes,” “find your bag,” “are you thirsty,” etc. I do simplify most of those sayings. It’s not just that he doesn’t *say* the words—sometimes it seems like he doesn’t fully understand what I’m asking him to do. He does communicate in his own ways, but his verbal communication is very limited compared to what I expected at almost 3. “Mickey Mouse,” “I wanna eat,” “big hug,” “wanna kiss,” “what’s wrong,” are some of his go tos so I know it’s there I just don’t know if it’s more I should be expecting.

We have already had concerns about his speech/development before, and I’m trying to figure out what else I can be doing at home to help him. I’ve been working on talking to him more, modeling words, encouraging him to communicate, reading, and practicing simple commands, but I sometimes feel like I’m not doing enough.

I guess I’m looking for parents who have been through something similar. Did your child eventually catch up? What helped the most? Did you pursue additional evaluations or therapies? And were there things you wish you had started doing earlier?

I’m not looking for anyone to diagnose him over the internet. I’m just feeling worried and honestly a little guilty, wondering if I somehow should have been doing more. I’d really appreciate hearing from parents who have been in a similar situation and what your experience was.

Property management exam for South Carolina

I just finished the course and will be taking my exam soon. Im a nervous test taker, I freeze up and sometimes I forget answers. Is the exam something I should be studying extra hard for, is it a lot of termoniology, is it common sense type of questions? Just would like some insight. Thank you.

No Credit Check Apartments

Long story short I found myself in 2 separately abusive relationships some years ago. Both guys were losers so the apartment(s) were in my name. I was a lot younger and naive so no more of that lol. I’m now a property manager and I make 3x the rent but even in my new role the broken leases still matter.

Where are some no credit check apartments located in the area?

I’m considered “curvy in the right places” but my stomach after child birth is my biggest insecurity. I gained over 60 pounds after birth and want to lose all 60. I plan on starting this journey next month but serious (personal) question, did you loose weight in your butt/breast? For example I finally got some fat back in my breast after feeding for a year so that’s exciting but due to rapid weight loss will they just deflate? It sounds silly but just want to know you guys’ personal experiences.
