When gambit activates ragin royal flush he losses access to healing hearts and breaking spades deck while gain access to his curative cloves and damaging diamonds deck.
When gambit activates either his clove or diamond deck he looses access to the other for the duration of ragin royal flush ultimate ability. Card abilities do not stack(aka no double damage boost)
But to ability’s can be simultaneously active
(Aka hp buff and movement buff can be active at the same time)

Curative cloves:
- grants an extra 195/hp per second to all allies in ragin royal flush ultimate ability (duration 4/s)
grants an 7m speed increase to all allies in ragin royal flush ultimate (duration 4/s)
Damaging diamonds:
grants a 40% damage increase to all allies inside ragin royal flush ultimate ability (duration 4/s)
grants an one time 45% max hp shield to all allies inside ragin royal flush ultimate

Now I will say I DONT PLAY HULK, my friend is a hulk enthusiast though so I know just a little specifically as a support healing a hulk.

I feel like hulk is fine in the mid game but I think it would be cool to have a “charge meter” that hulk can gain in the mid fight that transfers over when he ults

The charge gives him damage resistances over time as he takes more damage and in his ult he does exponential damage and has damage resistance in based on how much charge he has in his ult.

Would this be to overpowered? Just a question please dont be mean:(
