After being a LEO for over a year, This sweet, kind, funny and patient guy has become tired, jaded, snappy, inaffectionate, verbally road raging a lot, having frequent nightmares and poor sleep, teasing me constantly, dropping slurs(not directed at me)…
I’ve brought up therapy multiple times the past 2 years but he keeps stalling on it.
What do I do? It’s getting to the point where I’m more relaxed when he’s not home.

I made the mistake of getting a pedicure for the first time in 15 years, my MIL offered to pay for me to go with her to her usual salon.

On one of my big toes they cut too deep into the corners, at first I thought they were just cleaning out dead skin until I looked down to see her cutting to make my nail “straight”. It was raw after.
2 weeks later it’s getting a little uncomfortable. What can I do to minimize discomfort and keep it from developing into an ingrown??

Where near Denver can I try? I’ve done Union, Barr Lake and Thornton Gravel Ponds and didn’t catch anything despite fish jumping all around us. (We used garlic power bait and worms).

And what would be the best hours for this time of year?

My SO is a cop in Colorado, his departments policy on PTO is “use it or lose it”. However a few days ago his sergeant said that due to staffing issues the PTO can be revoked the day of and they be called in if they’re short staffed.
Colorado banned “use it or lose it” PTO policies in 2021.

Are police departments exempt from this ban in Colorado? Is revoking approved PTO last-minute legal?

I’m calculating the cost, calories, protein, fat, and fiber that my horse is currently eating to see what I may need increase/decrease to achieve in a way that give him the best diet but also the easiest on my pocket. I’m stuck on how to calculate the total percentage of the protein, fat and fiber.

BP: 1 quart = protein 7.5%, fat 0.5%, fiber 20%.
SG: 1 quart = protein 14.5%, fat 12.5%, fiber 18%.
TP: 1 quart = protein 12%, fat 1.5%, fiber 27%.

What he’s fed of each:
BP 1.5 quarts, SG 4 quarts, TP 5 quarts

My friend is looking at apartments and this new complex in sugarhouse has 1 beds for $899 and 3 beds for $1200??? This sounds too good to be true? Or is this just cheap prices to fill up the building?

I have palkia, azelf, togepi, milotic, riolu, eevee, all eeveelutions, female combee, beautifly and dustox, wormadam and mothim, and more from shining pearl.

I’d like to try new product. I usually use amika curl corps gel. I have fine but dense curls. I need hydration and frizz control, I don’t want heavy/greasy/crunchy product. I’ve used curlsmith hydro jelly and that’s a bit too strong for me.

I’m winding if anyone else would like to start a mining link group together just to mine together and dig up some good stuff?
