I had played a game at district level during schooling, should I mention it in my PIQ, and I don’t have the certificate with me right now, so can I mention it? I have my AFSB on 25th may ! Please clear my doubt!

Actually through apple this repair is costing me around 33k INR, and in 30k INR I can get a refurbished iPhone 13 so looking out of alternative options to repair my device !
