Tried the bean trend and didn’t go as expected

Essentially I tried the “beans with every meal” trend. I was making beans from “scratch” which were black beans & chickpeas. After about 5 days, I became extremely bloated, constipated, and backed up. My stomach still hurts from this and I’m so upset! I was really enjoying the beans and was looking forward to them daily. Anyone else deal with this or have any tips? I really want to do this bean thing. I’ve heard many great benefits.

I can’t keep living like this..

I’m just so exhausted. Like clock work things ramp up 10 days before my period starts so it essentially feels like I’ve been on my period for 2 weeks due to the symptoms. I’m only on day 3 of bleeding! I can feel all of the energy, rage, and emotions releasing from my body and I am just drained.

It really sucks we have to live like this. We get maybe 2 weeks of feeling amazing and that’s it?? There has got to be something better than this. I hope starting some new supplements will work because I am tired.

Been up since 4am…crying for the last hour

Day 21. Went to sleep at about 12:30 and have been up since 4am unable to go back to sleep. Laying next to my partner and scrolling on social media (usually helps me fall back asleep) but can’t go back to sleep as of 6am. Tears started falling so bad that I had to get up and come to the bathroom to blow my nose and wipe the tears. Now I’m going to have to explain to my bf because he’s going to know something is wrong. Also 3.5 days sober from weed and alcohol. My 15 month old will be up within an hour if I haven’t already woken him. I also have a irate customer I have to deal with tomorrow (I own a business servicing homes and we are being blamed for damage to floors we didn’t do. No proof so have to take the blame for it.) I’m just so exhausted and incredibly overwhelmed/sad. I have a long day ahead of me and my mom is also going to be bothering me because she’s going to be in the area tomorrow and naturally wants to stop by my house but she is extremely hyper (I suspect ADHD) so I get very overstimulated when I’m around her. I took her to dinner for her birthday last night and they did the birthday celebration and some lady came up to my mom and said “wow your 56? You look like her younger sister” . I am literally 32 and I had to act like that didn’t hurt to hear. I’m exhausted and I look like it in my face. As a woman, how could you say that in response to my mom saying we are mother & daughter? I also live in a loft so not much separation. I’m preparing to tell her I can meet her downstairs with my son for a short period of time but I can’t fathom the thought of being in my loft with her, my bf, my teething 15 month old, and my 11 year old dog.

I just want 3 days to myself of doing nothing :(

Meal ideas for a 15 month old?

My baby is 15 months and I believe his bottom molars are starting to come in. He’s become very picky with food and a lot of times will spit things out so I am just looking for ideas and suggestions on what meals I can prep for him so that they don’t go to waste and he actually eats.

So can I turn ads on or will we be unable to answer calls again today?

Google ads cost a ton of money and every time we are unable to answer calls right away, we LOSE money. Customers move on FAST. How is service looking today? Can we rely on Quo to work smoothly today?

Seeing a huge drop in interactions

Is anyone else seeing a huge drop in impressions this month? I thought it was just first of the month woes but I’m starting to get concerned. I saw something about an update back in June which is affecting several businesses. I also see they are possibly shifting to push ads even more. Anyone else experiencing this?

Stopped responding to every text

I finally didn’t respond. I 31 F am the type of person to respond to every text, call, DM, message if not right away then within a few hours unless I’m very busy or flying which I don’t do a lot. I’ve had this friend since college and she quite often will take days to reply or not reply at all then later say “oh I thought I replied”. It would bother me because I would see her clearly online while my text sat unanswered. It’s not like I would be making small talk but I am talking about pending plans and things we are trying to coordinate together. For example, we were going to do a 10K together and for this particular race, a team is better than going solo. I had already planned to do it this year by myself because it is only once a year but then she asked like 2 months beforehand if I want to do it together. I said sure of course thinking it would be fun to do together. I then proceeded to buy my ticket (because I was doing it anyway) and created our team. I sent her the invite so she could register. A week before the race, I messaged her asking if she was still going. 2 days later she responds saying she’ll let me know. Then she texted me the day before the event with just my name for example ‘Patriciaaaa!”. At this point I was getting in the zone so I ignored it and didn’t respond. The day after the race I asked what’s up. No response.

Eventually she apologized for the lack of communication regarding the race. I said I understood she got busy and we moved on. A couple of weeks later (yes we had friendly messaging in between), she asks for business advice because I run my own company. I responded with full blown explanations, audio messages, screen records explaining exactly what to do, resources. I stopped my morning and MY business to give her a full step by step breakdown. She didn’t even respond until 3 days later and basically said “that was a lot to take thank you”. I just didn’t even respond. The last thing that happened that brought me here was this: The other day she texted saying my family and I should attend her business tomorrow (the next day) for an event she is going to be leading weekly. I let her know right away that I wouldn’t be available but to let me know her schedule so we can try to come another time. For context, I have a toddler so we aren’t just getting up at the last minute and spontaneously doing things. I also had plans. She didn’t respond to me until 2.5 days later saying she’ll let me know her schedule then asked how I was doing. I just didn’t even respond.

I understand people are very busy and texting may not be ideal but it gets to a point like either call me or don’t text me at all. I can’t drag one conversation over the span of days. My point in all of this is that this goes against my character. I went against everything in me when I continued to post on social media knowing she would see my stories and activity but I feel FREE. This is what people do to me and I’ve sat here like “dang did they see my text”?? I just feel more powerful knowing that it is ok to stop responding to people so easily since they don’t do it to me.

Merge multiple accounts?

Is there a way to merge two Quo accounts, or better yet, support multiple account access simultaneously? I manage several businesses that each require a separate Quo account, but I can only be logged into one at a time on both mobile and desktop. A feature that allows users to toggle between accounts or receive notifications from all of them without logging out would be a huge improvement for multi-business operators like me
