My internet is finally back now, but my ping is extremely unstable. One second I'll be pinging 1-3ms and the other over 30ms in some cases. Will this be fixed and go back to my stable low ping as I always had before?
Hi. I noticed not too long ago that my internet stopped working so I decided to restart both the router and ONT and now it works BUT my upload speeds are extremely poor - like 1 to 5mbps. Download seems fine but i do not know what is going on with the upload. There is no red light showing anywhere but I am concerned. Can this get looked into? Thanks.
I recently downsized my VPS to 2/12 to match Always-Free limits so my instance doesn't get termed and I randomly decided to do a speedtest and saw im only getting 50mbps. I had a look at some other reddit post and tried things such as downsizing and upsizing my CPU cores again and that had no effect and switching to PAYG is not an option for me
Hello. I am using the Hyperoptic supplied Zyxel E3301-T0 and one thing I noticed is that when using an external USB drive which is capable of getting up to 110 MB/s, the speeds max out at only 1-2MB/s when copying or transferring files from the network storage. I am using NTFS as my drive is 1TB and I am on a wired connection. Is there any way to fix this issue? Thanks.
Hi. I have a particular query. Basically, I installed the public beta of iOS 27 and normally it would display a welcome screen and go through all the new features before going to the home screen, but for me, it showed the welcome screen for a couple of seconds and then it vanished and displayed my lock screen and took me straight to the home screen as if nothing happened. Only reason why I ask here is because I remember in iOS 26, I tried using the custom wallpapers mod on Nugget and I remember it not working properly so I reset my changes through Nugget. But I remember that before resetting Nugget changes, it would also display a welcome screen for a second then show my home screen. And AI is suggesting that it could be because of that (it was talking about possible posterboard issues etc), but I am not sure. Is this issue to do with my past light usage of Nugget wallpaper or is it not to do with Nugget at all? This same thing also happened on Public Beta 2 by the way.

Hi. I saw some recent deals from EE Uswitch showing the 1.6GBPS package for £33.99 + £200 gift card and I was wondering what people’s experiences are like. My main concerns are for latency and stability, as I am currently with Hyperoptic paying a good new customer price of £19 per month for 1GBPS symmetrical, and since they are a private network, I have seen extremely low delay and jitter. And is the setup and installation process good along with customer service?

When I joined Hyperoptic in July 2025, they gave a Zyxel EX3301 router, while this has been mostly reliable (have had issues with USB storage and IPv6 connectivity), my main issue with this router is it's 80MHz Wi-Fi 6 frequency. I noticed on the website that they also supply EX5601 routers which not only has a 160MHz frequency but also has 2.5Gb ports which would be much more beneficial for my gigabit connection, and would be something I can get my full speeds on. So my question is can I contact Hyperoptic for them to ship out that newer router for free? And I wouldn't mind sending the old one back after confirming that the EX5601 is better for my use case. Hi. I have been using my Cloud IIs for the past few years and I have been using them rather normally, and over these years, I have had to replace the headset bracket twice, once for the left and once for the right. And I have also noticed the rubber on the top become sticky and brittle and it starting to rip even though I did not invoke any physical damage to it. Would HyperX be able to issue a replacement of my headset, as the build quality of this is way too annoying for it to be from my wear and tear, but instead perhaps a manufacturing issue.
