How to handle chalkiness before paint?
I have a pretty big two-story house that was painted white a long time ago and the paint has this chalkiness to it. I suspect it needs to be removed before repainting? Does anyone have any insight on what steps would be needed to prep for paint? I have a vision of trying to DIY this, but if the prep is too intensive I might have to outsource it.
