Gained close to 100lbs during peak covid. Had no energy to get back in the gym. Discovered TRT and that all changed.
I credit most of this to a 6 day a week gym grind, and finally showing some discipline in the kitchen, but Test, Reta, and HGH have each been game changers for me and have made things far easier!
Crazy to think that in 12-13 years these will be 100 years old!
My wife (48) has been dealing with the typical symptoms of a hormonal imbalance for quite some time now. Zero libido, low energy, fatigue, and brain fog.
She started the estrogen patch a few months ago, with .025mg, then .037mg, and now is on week 2 of .05mg.
So far, she hasn’t noticed any benefits and plans to move up to .075mg in a couple weeks.
My questions for the ladies here are:
If you started in the estrogen patch, when did you begin to notice symptom relief? At which dose was this noticed, and which symptoms improved?
Was estrogen alone enough to help with libido.
If you implemented low dose TRT, did that improve libido, or other symptoms? If so, at which dose?
During the pandemic, I gained around 85lbs and sunk into a deep depression. I stopped caring about life, and basically lost the ability to feel joy.
Initially, I tried GLPs, but without the motivation to make a change, I didn’t lose any weight and just became more frustrated.
I wasn’t the father I needed to be for my 12 year old son, and I’m sure my wife would say that I wasn’t exactly a joy to be around during that time. I was failing in many ways.
Finally, I decided to try something different and jumped on TRT. Wow, this was the game changer I needed! I found the energy and motivation to get back in the gym.
After two years, I’ve added GLPs back in the mix along with other peptides. I believe these have helped, but at the end of the day, it was a change of heart and a shift in lifestyle that really saved me. I grind in the gym 6 days a week, and can’t wait to see what the future holds. I can finally keep up with my son, and I’m the husband my wife deserves. Not because of the different look, but because I once again have joy in life and my entire demeanor and outlook have changed.
It feels good to be myself again!

I put on about 85lbs during the pandemic. Struggled with depression, and an overall sense of having given up. Fortunately, I was able to turn it around for myself, and for my family. I’m now in the gym with my 14 year old son regularly, and life once again has purpose.
Two year change with the help of peptides, and a lot of blood sweat and tears in the weight room. Now if I could just find a compound to grow my hair back lol
