Do they have Neon Tetra Disease?

I got 4 neon tetras yesterday and they look BEAUTIFUL! (Shown below)

However I know they need more buddies so I went to get some today and they don't look like the ones I got before...

Do these two guys have neon tetra disease?

I don't want to put them in my tank if they do.

What to add??

I just took this picture today. It's a 30 gallon tank and I just added more plants + neon tetras (getting more buddies for them soon!)

I also have 5 Corydoras which are also getting more buddies soon.

The tank does feel awkward, is it the plant placement? If so, where should I move stuff?

I also feel like I need more hiding spots, what are the best ways to make hiding spots for the fish?

Any suggestions are helpful!!

What's wrong and what do I do?

Hi all,

I got this piercing done last year in June, so I've had it for over a year now. At first it was fine, but for the last several months it has looked like this. I've switched jewelry twice and I've cleaned it. The jewelry that is currently in is titanium and when I first switched to it things improved but now it's back to the way it was before.

It hasn't seemed to move at all, so I wouldn't think it is migrating or rejecting but I don't know for sure.

This morning I did take the jewelry out and clean it, and it seemed like pus was leaking from it. There is almost always crust on the piercing.

The piercing doesn't hurt unless it is touched or snagged.

I provided a picture with the piercing in and out.

What do I do? Or does it just need to come out?

Any suggestion is appreciated.

Taking suggestions for tank + showing off driftwood I found

This tank is a 30 gallon that I started working on a few weeks ago. It's a brand new tank so I've been cycling it, hence why there are no critters.

It feels empty and wanted suggestions on what else to add.

As for critters, I want corydoras, small plecos, cardinal tetras and perhaps snails (in case it mattered). I want to make it tailored toward those critters if possible.

I'm open to many plants and fishies!

Can I put anything else in this tank? + general feedback appreciated

My tank is a 10 gallon with a female betta fish and a mystery snail (pictured) with live plants.

Is there any other critter I can add to my tank? I don't want to overload my tank so I wanted to ask what options I had. Id really love to have the smaller salt and pepper cories, would I be able to have them and if so how many? If I can't have them, I will settle for something else. I am interested in many different kinds of critters, Cories are just my most wanted but Im under the impression you need a 20 gallon to have the regular ones. I would like the fish to have fun color(s)!

I'd also really appreciate any suggestions regarding my tank! I am fully aware of the dwarf water lettuce is caught in the filter, I am switching to a sponge filter tomorrow to benefit my water lettuce and betta. Im also aware that my tank is kinda dirty, and I am going to clean it tomorrow while I switch the filters.

When to get a bigger pot?

Im new to having plants, this is my first houseplant and I don't know much about taking care of them...

This plant looks pretty big compared to the pot (6 in.) And I was wondering if it needs a bigger pot?
