My (28M) situationship (27F) said she wants to take things slow. How do I handle this season?

Been seeing this woman for a while now. Funny enough I met her through her family, and we’ve been in an exclusive situation for a while now.
It’s gotten to a point where I wanted to move forward, but the problem was I didn’t feel emotionally connected to her. We rarely spent any alone time, and I feel like we’ve picked up habits that made us comfortable in this exclusive but not exclusive relationship. By that I mean even though we are seeing one another we don’t technically have the responsibility of boyfriend/girlfriend certain things would go untalked about simply because we’re technically not together. I started to feel like shed put other things over me. Whenever i needed to have a serious discussion it seemed like there were other things she had to do before we talked, i wanted to take her on a date, but shed rather hang with her cousin, and even sometimes wed go all day without talking.
I mentioned what I wanted to feel like a priority in her life, and she said we’d work on it. I mentioned this about 2 more times in the span between April - July, and nothing happened. No matter how much I fulfilled her wants or made excuses for her; I couldn’t be satisfied because I felt like I wasn’t even getting basic romantic interaction. Only time i felt close to her was during sex.
Fast Forward i felt like i was putting too much pressure on her to improve, and i feel like i was keeping more tabs than usual. She then said it was too much and wanted to take things slow.

Now we are in a phase where it’s like the opposite of what i wanted. I wanted to be closer to her, but it’s like now that we’re taking it slow I’m stuck in this place I don’t even know what that means, and she didn’t really do a great job explaining either.
So I don’t know whether to fall back or try. It’s like there’s invisible rules for me while I wait on her to be comfortable enough. We went on a date last night, and the whole thing was while fun I didn’t get much out of it, and I can’t explain why. I really don’t know how to comfortably maneuver this “Take it slow” phase. I’m hoping my patience has a purpose.

Does Breeze really seem dumb to yall?

OG Kanan said breeze wasn’t always that smart, but he seem like a pretty tactical guy to me.

Devin Lloyd gets too much credit.

TLDR: Jaguars will be fine without Lloyd

No this is not a Lloyd post where I will act like he wasn’t important to us last season because he was. Those 5 interceptions, the play in the Chiefs game, his freak athleticism will be missed 100%. Devin Lloyd masked a lot of issues we had in the pass game with his top tier coverage. I’ll never act like he wasn’t important to this team last season.

My issue is with media & NFL fans treating him as if he’s the only player worth anything on our defense. I’ve seen media suggest at most we’ll have 9 wins and the least we have is 6 or even rank us close to 20 in power rankings ALL BECAUSE LLOYD WALKED.

The thing about Lloyd is people recognize him for something that is unrealistic to replicate. 5 picks will likely turn into 1-2 next season. Which is good, but we don’t need him to do those 5 picks again.

The Jaguars obviously want star power at DB rather than LB. Travis is the X factor. He’s gonna be able to make 1 side of the field useless, and Coach Camp who is the biggest person on our defense he can get more creative. Having Travis, Buster, and Lewis. He no longer needs to send a LB in coverage to help the secondary. People say we got worse, but it’s a lot harder to modern offenses to exploit defenses with star power in the CB room than the LB room. Not to mention if you take away the interceptions and coverage part. Ventrell Miller is arguably just as good. (if you value PPF stats). Even if you don’t there are things to suggest that he will be good at his role on defense this season.

I just wanted to rant today. I think Lloyd will be great for Carolina, but people acting like we’re doomed is just annoying. I even seen a guy call him the heart of our defense. Like bro?
Anyway, Go Jags!!

My brothers struggle Post Gene Therapy..

Before anything I don’t want to say it’s because of the Gene therapy because of no evidence, nor do I want to scare anyone if there’s an opportunity to receive the therapy.
Now it hasn’t been a year since his therapy, and for a while there felt like a sign of relief that the symptoms of sickle cell weren’t an issue.
But late December he started to change..
To make a long story short he started experiencing psychosis, and he basically became a different person. Hospitals denied us because he told them he was fine, mental health hospitals were denying us because his vitals weren’t good. We literally had to keep him an eye on him till he was able to get help from a psychiatrist. Even still he has episodes, and when he’s chill he’s not 100% himself because of the medicine he’s on. We’re honestly trying our best to keep him secure, safe, and supported, but it’s hard.
I won’t ever say it’s harder than managing sickle cell, but this is a new battle that I hate my brother has to deal with. He’s been through so much in his lifetime that’s affected him in every way, and now this whole new thing is just extremely unfortunate. I ask that you guys please keep us especially him in your prayers.

Travis is not exaggerating. I seen it with my own 2 eyes. He looked crazy out there on the deep ball today.
