That’s a new one for me

Just got this back as change at petsmart. Never seen one before, mildly interesting. Seems like an odd choice far as the design layout. Figured was something greek or italian until actually sat down to look it over.

so I sold a coin for $1700

took weeks to arrive despite costing nearly $30 times ship it safely, 3 days goes by and of course they’re not happy, they want to return it. Ah geez, yeah no I love wasting money and time.
Whatever I accept the return, well I guess mercari approved it? Despite still saying on my screen this order is under review, I get a package back from this buyer yesterday.
They’ve shipped back a completely different coin. A nickel that costs $1-2 max. So now I’m really confused and worried mercari is just not going to do anything about it because they never have before with these situations 3 occasions previously they just straight lied and closed the case. Anything I can or should do here?

AI agent incompetence

my ai agent has burned so many credits from sheer negligence, incompetence, dishonesty, rework and just glitchy software.
Really stressing me out, anyone else had these issues?
Ever find any solutions? So far support has been zero help
