so I sold a coin for $1700
took weeks to arrive despite costing nearly $30 times ship it safely, 3 days goes by and of course they’re not happy, they want to return it. Ah geez, yeah no I love wasting money and time.
Whatever I accept the return, well I guess mercari approved it? Despite still saying on my screen this order is under review, I get a package back from this buyer yesterday.
They’ve shipped back a completely different coin. A nickel that costs $1-2 max. So now I’m really confused and worried mercari is just not going to do anything about it because they never have before with these situations 3 occasions previously they just straight lied and closed the case. Anything I can or should do here?
