2020 Corolla Le stuck in EPB service mode

Took our car to a mechanic to have the brakes fixed. After 5 hours of him not telling us it was ready, i text and he said he was having issues getting the car out of epb service mode. He says he was able to get it in the mode, obviously as the lights are flashing etc. He fixed the brakes, said he was able to get the piston back in ok. There was a little brake fluid my boyfriend noticed but either the mechanic filled it back up or not much leaked. After two more hours of us watching YouTube videos of holding the button up or down and in different sequences, its still doing the same thing. My bf is worried he may have damaged the calipers. The mechanice says he doesn't know how to fix this and his scanner isn't new enough. He has to drive back home 5 hours tomorrow and I'm worried. Can he drive the car safely? He drove it back to my place and everything seems ok. Will it damage anything? And also does anyone know a fix for this without having a scanner? Please help

2020 corolla le stuck in service mode for brakes job. Please help.

We took our car to a mechanic to do the brakes and it has to be put into service mode. He was able to get it into service mode but now cant get it out. We've watched a million YouTube videos and nothing is working. He has a scanner but it apparently isn't new enough for this car. Can anyone give accurate info on how to manually remove it from service mode?

Finally off waitlist, now can't sign up

I got the ok to sign in today but im getting a message saying onepay didn't approve my acct that I had to add a bank. I want to use OP because that's why I got it. I even tried to add my normal bank acct and it says I cant. Is this a glitch? Figures I've waited a year and a half and can't even get past the first step.

Accidentally discovered my new holy grail

So I always get boils on my buttcheeks, in my groin or on my pubic mound areas. I've stabbed jabbed and lanced to no avail many times. I had a stubborn boil on my butt that had been there for almost 2 years. I used hit compresses, lancing, ichthamol, slept w hot hands taped on. Every cream. Nothing worked. I had bought some hydrocolloid bandaids because they're smooth and stick well and was tired of the boil rubbing the other cheek- so I used one on it and the next day the boil was drained and flat and hasnt came back since. Might I also mention my boils never drain. They never form a head hence why I'm always poking and prodding. Rarely then would pus come out, usually just blood. They would get hard and red and hurt and then go back down for awhile and then come back and do the same thing. So anyone having the same issue might try one. Don't get the ones with the cotton pad inside them that look like an actual bandaid. Get the ones that look like skin colored squishy rubber. They almost melt onto your skin w body heat and stay put. They form a seal so the pus doesn't come out, just make sure it's big enough to cover the boil and leave some room. I found the ones for the back of the heel work well. Get the generic brand to save money.

Rosacea papules or something else? Angiofibromas??

44f I've always had rosy cheeks and was diagnosed with rosacea many years ago and also occular, however within the last 6-7 years I started developing these bumps on my nose. It started as one and now I have many and now they're also on my cheeks by my nose and a few randomly on my face. The ones on my nose are hard and skin colored. I've actually used a scalpel to shave them off several times but they grow back. The ones on my cheeks aren't as hard, but they aren't bumps you can pop. My old dermatologist told me they were rosacea papules and gave me ivermectin cream to put on my face. He tried to make it seem like it would make the bumps go away but that doesn't seem likely. They're hard, theyre not pimples or pustules. Everytime id use the cream id get terrible headaches behind my nose so I stopped using it. I was also prescribed metro gel before for the redness and it did nothing. My dermatologist said I needed laser on my face for the bumps so I made an appt and after waiting 3 months, they told me the kind of laser they had was only to get rid of the redness (blood vessels), not the bumps. It did help the redness somewhat but nothing major. When I research rosacea papules, not much comes up. I only see info about pustules or acne like issues. This is really embarrassing for me. I feel like I look like a witch w all these bumps that won't go away. Also, i feel like my nose has actually changed shape from it. Maybe thickened skin? I thought maybe rhinophyma also but it doesn't look like the texbook pics ive seen. I can shave them off my nose but not my cheeks. My dermatologist retired because he was super old and I'm having trouble find another anywhere close to me that accepts my insurance. Do I need a c02 laser? Are these even papules or maybe angiofibromas? I have so many and they just keep coming. Can anyone recommend what to do? Thanks in advance.

So folks. I had the gallbladder surgery weds where I woke up wet and traumatized. Thursday was in a lot of pain and the Norco was making me sick. I called the surgeons office asking to switch my meds and they said no, I had to tough it out. Friday I was looking at my patient portal and discovered that Norco is on my allergy list. I go back to the ED Saturday night because I felt feverish and still in a lot of pain, and the triage nurse starts asking me questions. She walks me back to a room and when the ED nurse comes in and hes asking me why I'm there etc. I tell him I'm in a lot of pain after surgery and the meds are making me hot, itch, vomit and feel light headed. The triage nurse is still in the room for whatever reason, and she looks at my nurse, rolls her eyes and says "ya but aren't those common side effects of pain meds?". Right after that the doctor comes in and the triage nurse is still lingering around, idk why i guess to be nosey. He asked if I had any vomiting, nausea or diarrhea to which is reply "yes, all three". This hag of a triage nurse interjects AGAIN and says "ya but is the nausea and vomiting from the pain meds or something else?". Im thinking like why tf are you even in here still and why are you interrupting my DOCTOR. At this point I said the medicine they gave me is on my allergy list and it doesn't matter if those are common side effects, If you puke them up they're kinda counterproductive for pain management. She finally left and he ran some tests and said I was fine, but did finally change my meds to something I can take. Im just so tired of these "professionals" talking to me like im stupid. Still haven't gotten a call back from the surgeons office to explain the wetness. I hope no one else has to go through this. This is what im looking like today. I cant fathom a surgeon prescribing meds you're allergic to then refusing to switch them. Smh

I saw that someone had shared my post from the gallbladder subreddit here and im glad they did. I had also posted on ask a doctor and had like 124 downvotes so I deleted the post. I didn't realize the comments stayed up, and they've been downvoting those as well. I wanted to share that post here even though its deleted so you can see the comments and how these so called professionals treat us patients.

43 female, non smoker, no meds, 5'10 200lbs

I had my gallbladder removed yesterday. When I got there my nurse had given me mesh underwear and a pad because I had been cramping and also am very modest. I woke up in recovery in excruciating pain and they had to give me tons of pain meds. I sat up at the edge of the bed for comfort and I realized that my vagina felt really wet. I reached under the blanket and realize I had no underwear on anymore. I asked the nurse why my underwear were gone and why my vagina was all wet and she didn't give me a straight answer. Only said that they had cut them off and they were still underneath me. I wiped myself off and it was clear and there was a lot of fluid. I asked if they had done a catheter on me without my knowledge and they said no. They tried to explain it away by saying the Dr probably wanted them off so he could scrub me down. They stopped scrubbing right at my pubic bone and could have easily just pulled them down some. Im very modest and was assured I'd be draped and my parts wouldn't be hanging out but clearly they were at some point since they cut them off and pulled them between my legs. Im not gonna lie, I was freaked out. I ask the nurse why did they even give them to me if they would just cut them off to which she replied "to make you feel better." Well that made me feel worse and violated. I also have a latex allergy and when I got home I still have fluid coming out. It was clear and bubbly. My urethra was burning really bad and my lips and everything were swollen and itchy. I called and asked if they did a catheter again without my knowledge, thinking they did and maybe it was latex. The manager called back again reassuring me that they didn't. She tried to explain it away by saying the prep they scrubbed me with could have dripped down into my vagina and caused irritation. That would make sense except the scrub was green and the fluid was clear and literally still coming out after I got home. Im not accusing anyone of SA or anything like that, I just want to know what really went on because I should have never had anything up inside my vagina. It wasn't discharge and it wasn't my own natural fluids. It was a lot. I had to wipe off multiple times and wash before it stopped burning and itching. Needless to say I'm creeped tf out. Luckily I moved around all day after surgery with just mild pain. I woke up to pee and as of now, about 18 hrs later I've taken no pain meds recently and I have barely any pain. Has anyone had a weird experience like this? I've tried to attach photos where you can see the green prep and also my doctor's notes edit: in my papers i signed it mentioned medical students could be present and do "sensitive exams". Before signing i said absolutely not. They said if I didn't initial the box, I wasn't giving consent. Someone did something to my vagina but no one is telling me what. \[pics\](https://imgur.com/a/njcwgEY)

Edit: i also posted this on ask a doctor where i had 124 downvotes. Multiple doctors giving totally different explanations and making me feel crazy for even asking. Its a scary world we live in when you cant even trust a doctor or go to one with questions regarding your body. They werent there, but are completly dismissing my concerns. I ended up just deleting the post. ** I had my gallbladder removed yesterday. When I got there my nurse had given me mesh underwear and a pad because I had been cramping and also am very modest.
