What’s the best beach?

I want to take my toddler and have a little beach picnic. What’s the best beach that had easy parking, short walk from parking to the beach and not rocky, but still pretty?

Can’t decide between Hollywood beach, Carpinteria or Ventura beaches

How much are you spending on your dogs?

Between health insurance for 3 senior dogs, flea meds, cytopoint, apoquel, and frequent vet visits for the one with allergies it adds up to well over $1000/month.

People make me feel bad about it like it’s optional or I choose to throw away money….i do not give my dogs away just because they’re seniors.. people annoy me lol

Toddler activities?

What toddler classes do you know of in the area?
I know there’s the little gym, music classes, play dates, swimming lessons

Anything else?

I don’t mean daycare I mean fun things like this.

First time with HFMD and I’m terrified!

Social media has insane photos of it with crazy rashes on babies faces. Mine so far has a few spots on her foot and one on her hand. I’m so scared for the next few days.

Anyone gone through this?!

If you left your abuser, do you miss your old life?

I don’t mean the person I mean the lifestyle. My lifestyle was significantly better before, financially I mean. Big house, my full time job, days off where I could just wander around and shop, time to rest etc. I left as soon as I had a baby so that’s another reason my life changed so much but I’m sooo tired of living in survival mode, not having my own house like the one we had (which I don’t ever see happening on one income), my space….

How long was your life hard after leaving? I’m sick of the hyper vigilance, the survival mode the stress

I just realized how short their childhood is

My toddlers 2… I feel like I have 8 more year of her “childhood” because once they’re teenagers they have more independence and a life outside the home… and that makes me so sad.

When she was first born it felt like I have decades with her as a child but no… now I realize how fast it goes. Like a few more years and she’s a teenager and I’m done making childhood memories for her?!? 😭

If you have older kids did it pass by fast??

My 9 year year old dog has always had skin issues but whereas it was once a year or once every two years in his younger years it started increasing in frequency. The I moved cities and it hasn’t stopped flaring. He’s on cytopoint, simparica, apoquel as needed, weekly medicated baths….

Idk what else to do!! I had to move and now I feel like that’s what caused it but is there no solution?!? Ver basically said no but I can’t give the poor dog antibiotics every couple months because he gets infections left and right….

Blood work came back ok for hormones.

And how often do you buy clothes for them?

I use a girl so needless to say it’s hard to go anywhere without seeing the cutest toddler outfits but I think I buy too much? Lol she has maybe 100 tshirts (not expensive but they stain a lot so I’m constantly buying new clean ones) lots of pants and dresses and jackets…. It’s never ending

Where do you get pajamas from or what brand?
