Hi! I took advantage of the lava cave haziness effect in Rocky Ridge to make this haunted mansion look extra spooky. The inside is bare as it’s a work in progress 😅

Woke up this morning to hear that a Pokémon was the talk of the town. Zorua is doing a hide-and-sneak contest for the next 7 days. You can get a trophy like you could earn during the Bulbasaur jump rope event. I got the trophy and all of the other prizes on the first try; my time was 0:16 seconds. This was much easier than the Bulbasaur event but I wasn’t expecting to complete it almost instantly.
Besides the trophy, the prizes include >!leppa berries, jars of honey, lumber, normal and rare pokémetal ingots, large lost relics, and silver and rainbow feathers!<
Just saw this today! It’s good! It tastes more like one of those Carvel ice cream cakes than an ice cream sandwich, but still good!
Edit: my bad! It is ice cream cake flavored!
As a treat to myself every few months I like to go to IT’SUGAR and just buy a bunch of random stuff that’s terrible for my health.
Highlights include the Garlic Butter chips which tasted like garlic bread and the Gummi Popz which was a cute idea. They tasted like fruity pebbles!
The Mr Simms were verrrrrry sour but unfortunately gross. Once you get past the sour coating, the candy itself just didn’t have good flavors

These cookies have chunks of dried candied mango with what I assume is a little tajin sprinkled throughout. I don’t really get any lime. They’re good though! Not spicy at all. They’re very generous with the mango, the cookies are stuffed with it

Eggo Graham Crackers: somehow more bland than regular graham crackers, Eggo only in shape and not taste. Meh
SunnyDoodle Dogs: these actually tasted way more like a pancake/waffle than the Eggo crackers did. Really soft and moist! There’s also a salted caramel flavor but I didn’t try that one
Nature Valley PB&J: ew. The grape flavor is very fake and weird and the peanut butter was non-existent. Worse than Bobo’s pb&js, much much worse than uncrustables
Piña Colada mousse: typical piña colada flavors of pineapple and coconut, the mousse tasted like cheesecake. Not bad
Hazelnut Kataifi: the kataifi has a good crispy crunch and the hazelnut isn’t as strong as it is in Nutella. Not bad
Cookie butter: meh. The only cookie butter flavor this has is the crushed up Biscoff on top. Otherwise tastes like plain white cake
Don’t worry. No rocket pop beans or microwaved cookies this time!
These have the same kind of pizza taste as those Combos filled pretzels with a very light honey taste. Mild heat from the hot honey. Not bad!

This is my white front Amazon Peeps and he’s late 30s - early 40s. I know he has cataracts. Specifically, today I noticed the iris/white ring of his right eye has turned a yellowish, orangish color.
Any ideas?

I found all of these at Lotte. In Korea it is a store like Walmart. In the states, Lotte sells majority Korean/Japanese/Chinese and other East Asian groceries.
해태 홈런볼 피스타치오 & 카라멜 Homerun Ball pistachio & caramel: these are small little puffed pastry balls with a cream filling. The original Homerun Ball flavor is chocolate. Jumping on the Dubai chocolate trend is this one with pistachio and caramel. This tasted like nothing. The filling was barely in there.
미니악과 Yakgwa apple & cinnamon: yakgwa are a Korean sweet snack. The best taste I can describe this to compare to a western snack is like toaster strudel or other fried pastry. Texture-wise these are dense and chewy like the bottom crust of a pie. Has a mild cinnamon flavor. Not bad.
Karamucho ヤンニョムだれチキン Yangnyeom fried chicken flavor potato chips: Karamucho is a Japanese potato chip brand and they made this Korean yangnyeom fried chicken flavor chips. Yangnyeom sauce is spicy and sweet, and probably the most popular fried chicken seasoning for Korean fried chicken. The flavor of these was just alright, and definitely not spicy (typical of Japanese food lol)
Fried chicken 🍗 shaped chocolate with hazelnut flavor: not crunchy lol, fine chocolate taste, couldn’t really taste any hazelnut
Oreo 抹茶无花果味 fig and matcha: “ultra” thin Oreos with fig and matcha (green tea) flavor. I got zero fig and mild matcha taste. Not bad
Haitai OH YES 에네두바이스타일 Dubai style pistachio & chocolate pie: the closest way I could describe Haitai’s original OH YES pies are similar to Swiss Rolls minus the cream. These ones have pistachio cream instead of the usual chocolate cream. If you’ve had the original OH YES, these really don’t taste any different. There was a slight nuttiness but it didn’t give off pistachio vibes
CROWN 애플샌드 waffle apple sando: CROWN is known for making butter waffle cookies, with a taste similar to crunchy wafer cookies (like Pirouette). These are a waffle sando style, like an Oreo, with an apple cream filling. Really strong apple taste. Good!
Panda pudding cakes “cheese” flavor: in Asian style desserts, “cheese” often refers to a soft cheesecake like flavor. The cakes were kind of dense with a mild cheese flavor and the inside had an egg custard.
