İçli Köfte at Mahir Lokantası in Istanbul

I had İçli Köfte at Mahir Lokantası in Istanbul, and I absolutely loved it! 😍 It was honestly one of the tasty things I ate there.
I’ve been looking for a recipe to make it for my family back home, but almost every recipe I find is for the fried version, and the one I had at Mahir Lokantası was different was boiled soft and they put chilli oil.
Does anyone have a recipe that’s close to Mahir Lokantası’s İçli Köfte, or know how they prepare theirs? I’d really appreciate it. Thank you! ❤️

Second vs first

Hi everyone! Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.
This is my second pregnancy. With my first, I felt like I had a little bump and my breasts were much fuller by around 8 weeks. This time, I’m about 8 weeks and I don’t really have a bump (other than maybe some bloating), and my breasts actually seem saggy instead of fuller.
A little background: I breastfed my first baby for a year, and this is an IVF pregnancy. I heard the heartbeat a week ago, and my next appointment isn’t for another 4 weeks.
Has anyone else had a second pregnancy that was completely different from the first? I’d love to hear your experiences because the waiting between appointments is making me overthink everything. ❤️

Stopping progesterone and checking levels

**For those who were on progesterone injections after IVF/FET, when did you stop them? Did your doctor check your progesterone levels before telling you to stop, or did they just stop based on your pregnancy timeline? Thanks, everyone! ❤**️

Baby/toddler food

My 18-month-old has suddenly stopped eating. He mostly just plays with his food instead of actually eating it.
He has always been a good eater. Of course he has his favorite foods, but overall he’s always eaten well and usually enjoys whatever I cook. Lately, though, he doesn’t want to eat anything I make or even food we order from restaurants.
He drinks 8 oz of milk before bed and another 8 oz before his nap.
Has anyone else gone through this? Is this just a phase, or do you have any tips that helped your toddler start eating again? Thank you!

So did two transfers( PGT) both failed didn’t implant at all.
Doctor suggested hycroscopy which end up small polyps.
no evidence of a significant infection seen under the microscope so not a dedicated bacteria/microbiome test done. Any way all the hycroscopy part done in USA . My Ivf doctor overseas.
Now my Ivf doctor don’t think the polyps was issue he said people getting pregnant with small polyps just fine.

Yes I am glad nothing been found but still now I feel lost why it didn’t implant.
Please any input I am just don’t know what to do he just want me to prep for the next transfer.

Thanks all in advance
