I can’t get the infuser do come out of the machine. I can push both red buttons in but it doesn’t budge! Please help! Thanks

The iPod has 400 and. 2011 MacBook Pro has 800. Will this cord allow data transfer?

I’ve read that a usb to fire wire won’t work to snyc the iPod for music. All of these posts are three or more years old. So, what will work. This says it can transfer data; has the tech improved? Anyone have a solution? Thanks!
