Hey all! I’ll be going to pride events tonight by myself(friends and partner abandoned me). Just wondering if there’s any other soloers going out tonight and if there’s anything to do
Hey all, just wondering what’s there to do for a solo person going downtown for pride night. I know it’s quite jam packed and difficult for people by themselves.
How they were when i used them Dec. 2025
Is Augmented Ninja Hakama broken? The leggings portions of the legs stays white when I attempt to change colour :(. Image 2 is something I made in December 2025 when it was working. Image one is the default when I equip it : /
35m/nb, very shy bean. Big video gamer(love all FF games, XIV), anime/tv watcher, TTRPGer, and convention cos/crossplayer. I like dressing a little androgynous in my day to day and want to make friends who can help bring that out more. I've been struggling to try and make friends, particularly in queer and gaymer-esc spaces.. but it feels like some of the events I’ve been to are setup for hooking up or im put in positions of being “chased” or being sexualized. I know Toronto Gaymers exists but it's usually a few times a month and for like.. MTG or the regular boardgames(which is nice). Anyone have some recommends along the Yonge line/Yonge-Bayview Sheppard area?

Struggling to find friends, especially as someone who identifies as both these things. I've tried going to some events or places downtown, but I usually get put in the femme, target, or chased category x.x. Home base is usually the Yonge line/Bayview and Sheppard area for me .
I was the Nicholas D. Wolfwood STRUGGLING, with the near obnoxiously large cross you saw carrying around and blocking walkways for the last 5 hours xD (to which I am so sorry haha).
First, I want to give a massive shout out to the cosplayer who handwrote, rolled, and ribboned what looked like hundreds of little notes with words of kindness and encouragement, and was going around handing them to people after chatting with them. You have such a big heart that deserves recognition.
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who took the time to express their appreciation for my cosplay. Truly I wasn't expecting so many people to take a piece of their day to chat with me, ask questions, or ask for photos.. I was really humbled by it. I left the con feeling a bit emotional knowing that in some small ways I was helping make peoples day a little better. So, thank you all for being and making my day amazing, I hope you all had as much of a blast at Anime North 2026 ^^.
