our company moved floors over the weekend and facilitates told everyone not to worry because our stuff would be moved to the same assigned desk.
came in Monday and that was mostly true.
except for the chairs.
apparently someone decided chairs were just chairs and randomly distributed all of them.
people immediately started walking around checking seat cushions like they were identifying missing pets.
one guy literally yelled WHO HAS MY STEELCASE from across the floor.
I found my nouhaus three departments away with someone from accounting sitting in it.
she was actually super nice and immediately gave it back, but then we had to figure out whose chair SHE had been given.
that led to another person.
then another.
by 10am there were like six adults rolling chairs around the office trying to rebuild the original seating arrangement.
facilities eventually sent an email asking everyone to stop moving furniture without approval.
bro YOU started this 😂
I’m kinda an anxious person when it comes to relationships. My biggest problem is that I overthink everything. My boyfriend can be really hot and cold sometimes. His texting habits make me anxious because sometimes he replies really fast, but other times he disappears for hours. When he doesn’t reply, my brain immediately starts making up stories like “maybe he’s losing interest” or “maybe he doesn’t care about me anymore”. My friends always tell me to focus more on my own life and stop putting all my attention on him. One of my friends also suggested trying an AI tool she uses at work called acciowork. She said there was a model that helps with negotiation strategies, and I was curious if the same idea could work for relationship communication. I tried the Ackerman Model on it, basically setting a goal for myself: stop reacting emotionally and keep a healthier texting rhythm. I entered our situation and explained that I always wanted to reply immediately when he took too long, and the tool helped me create a step-by-step plan. It suggested things like not sending multiple messages when I felt anxious, giving more space between replies, and slowly changing my habits instead of forcing a sudden change. The funny thing is, after I followed it for a while, I noticed I was less stressed. I wasn’t constantly checking my phone anymore, and our conversations actually felt more natural. But ngl, I also feel kinda weird about this. Is it normal to use AI to help manage your emotions and communication in a relationship? Or am I just avoiding dealing with my own problems? Would love to hear what you guys think.
"Can we go back to the the first version?"
Hearing this from a client last week made me realize a problem in my workflow: once the project had several versions, I couldn't longer trace back to the older version
The clips were generated. The project was just scattered everywhere.
Script in Google Docs. Reference images in Downloads. Generated clips split across three folders with names like v2_final_USE_THIS. Two VO takes with almost the same filename.
When they asked for V1, I couldn't even remember which prompt or reference image I used. I realized I wasn't spending time generating anymore, I was spending time searching.
For me, making videos faster isn't about posting more for me. It means hitting deadlines so I keep the account.
I've started treating shot lists, reference images, prompts, and rejected versions like actual project assets instead of temporary junk.
Lately, I've been testing Framia just to keep all visual refs and past outputs in one workspace. Too early to call it the answer, but not hunting for "that image from last Tuesday" is already helping.
How are you guys organizing your generations or was I the only one drowning in files?
