Despite the title of this post, I actually love that they're making the Arc more of a threat. A fucking flying Robot Jesus coming down from a Snitch is insane.

Unwritten rule of key rooms is don't come in unless given permission.

And if you're given a chance to be defibbed, communicate via your microphone or at the very least your comms wheel!

ETA: If anyone knows the best placement for pulse mines to knock people back from ziplines, let me know!

Firstly, yes this image is AI. I'm not a graphic designer and couldn't find a bow that suited the style I was going for on Google Images.

I would have thought a bow would suit really well in the post-apocalyptic setting on AR. Easier to craft than items like Jupiters and Aphelions, but still able to pack a punch.

Could even have 3 fire modes:

* Bolt, standard fire mode designed for human targets

* Explosive tip, designed for larger Arc (1)

* High voltage tip, designed to disable smaller Arc

Would love to know your thoughts!

(1) This point is debatable, you wouldn't want the item to be too broken/diverse, so the explosion would have to be no larger than a light impact grenade.

You will only see this cutscene if you’ve completed the Clock rebuild as part of the Forge DLC.

Gave me goosebumps watching this, knowing how far Henry has come and how much this means to him; and his dad isn’t there to witness any of it. Poor lad.

So I only played KCD1 two weeks ago. I absolutely blasted through the story and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The game felt very clunky (it was 8 years old at the time of my play through, so I expected it), but the story made up for the combat and movement issues. I wanted to get through it fast because I heard that KCD2 was far better.

I instantly bought KCD2 upon completion of 1, and after playing for 8 hours, I am absolutely hooked. So much so, that I bought the Expansion Pass.

My question is whether the pass should be used in conjunction with the main story, or after I’ve completed everything?

I’ve not logged on since buying the pass on my phone so really not sure what it entails, other than knowing I’ll have my own blacksmiths!

Any advice would be appreciated.

Watch what happens as a rat shows his true colours, after being ‘friendly’ the entire Harvester event.

I was running some naked kits to test the spawns on Stella Montis. I can’t tell you how many times this happened.

30 seconds into the raid, just spawned, then blam!

It’s fine because it was a naked run, but this happens far too often when you’ve just loaded in with a whack of a loadout!

Would be keen to see everyone else’s opinion!

Don’t even have any complaints… I know it’s a skill issue. Spent 3 seasons absolutely shredding and now every night I just find myself logging off, regretting the last two hours.

It wouldn’t be so bad, but look at the round times on some of those. I think the number of teams and spawning vicinity of those teams should be reduced per map honestly. Logging in and losing a 113k kit in 4 minutes is so soul destroying 🤣

Will probably still log on tomorrow!

I have never received an email before from Embark regarding foul play in game. I don’t report that many people, only when headshots seem slightly suspicious or if I’m in a salty mood after dying. This is mainly due to me being on PS5 with crossplay off, so the likelihood of a cheater is slim to none (I would have thought).

Hopped on yesterday for the first time in weeks to see if PvP is still busted (it is), and got melted by someone. Sent a report off, and forgot about it.

Log on today, and receive this message but no follow-up compensation message?

Before you ask, I never report people for in game chat or messages, literally only ever the cheating option.

Really enjoying this look at the moment, looks like a childlike drawing of a superhero has come to life!

*DISCLAIMER* I have never purchased duplicated weapons for real life money. I have only ever participated in trades for blueprints/seeds, no RMT.

Following today’s lacklustre announcement on the Discord, I made a tongue-in-cheek comment aimed at their lack of action toward the obvious duplication issue and was immediately hit with a permanent ban.

I do not agree with purchasing duplicated guns, it’s ruining the game’s economy and makes every encounter a Bobcat IV vs Bobcat IV - whoever shoots first wins.

The team’s inability to deal with the duplication issue is a cause for a lot of players leaving, including me. It feels like if you don’t purchase guns, then you either have to grind for hours to stand a chance in a 10 second gunfight, or you’re going to lose the gunfight before it even starts.

I think a permanent ban for this comment on Discord is heavy compared to the lack of bans given to dupers and purchasers of duped items.

It’s only Discord, which is even more of a cesspit than this Reddit most of the time, but thought you guys would appreciate the heads up: DUPING IS FINE, TALKING ABOUT DUPING ISNT!

So, there I am, trying to hit my 200 defib target when this happens.

I’m not going to sit and complain about the matchmaking since the last patch because I think it’s been done to death. They’ve altered it, messed it up, maybe made it exactly how it should be - who knows.

But this… I’m someone that has spent my fair share of time PVPing in this game, and I would NEVER pull off something like this.

Attacking the person that defibbed you should put you far below even the worst rats in the game in my opinion.

Just thankful I made it out to fight another day. Keep on Rescuin’ folks.🫡

So I load into Dam Battleground’s Harvester event so I can get my ‘Deal damage with a blaze grenade’ trial done (still brought my smokes and defibs).

Run towards the action, and instantly get gunned down. No mic, no aggression, just bloodlust. Honestly couldn’t even be too mad at it because I’ve killed my fair share of raiders - just not like this.

Enter ‘ThatChubbyGuy’, the man didn’t have a defib but he did use a hatch key on me - which to be honest feels like more of a gesture!

Dude, if you’re in here, thank you so much, and I hope you killed that rat!

Some fun facts about the video:

I was keeping an eye on the person with the Stitcher 1 as I had just been ripped by a stitcher and managed to survive, but didn’t see who did it. I’m always cautious of free kits on Queen events.

The person I gave the shield recharger to was actually the one who had ripped me about 3 minutes earlier, I found out by looking at the player interactions screen.

Also, I’m a Brit that plays on NA servers because speaking English in EU servers is a fast track for getting your shit rocked.

Thanks to the teachings of this sub, I can now sufficiently use the Snaphook in my rescues!

This was doubly satisfying.

Blue Gate, Harvester, peaceful lobbies. Then I hear a Torrente let rip and the sounds of a helpless raider cry out.

It’s all well and good being able to shove a defib into someone, but these are the revives that matter most.

This is why we need PvPers in the Rescue Raiders 🫡
