31 yo dude - feel under psychological distress over my balding

Decided to cut down to a 1 - lowest I ever have - due to this. In the past 2 years despite using minoxidil fairly consistently I haven’t seen tremendous improvement. Finasteride I felt gave me symptoms so I stopped that. I’m at a loss and my confidence and dating life I feel are absolutely fucked due to my genetics despite being 6’4”. In my shoes and age would yall just jump right into transplant?
