Should I even claim warranty on a 10k rs phone?

Due to minor water splash my phone speaker is not working properly I mean it is working at volume 80 but the sound is cracking.

So I am thinking should I just scam the way out and say this is your phone fault? Or being truthful and be like pls fix with whatever charges because a phone at 8-10k at most, 2k will cost to get the servicing done.

What should I do?

Built a booking page for for the guy who cleans my flat - bro has made a business out of it

There is this guy, let's call him RM, he has been cleaning my flat for about 2 years( I call him once a week or so). Deep clean guy, does maybe 6-8 houses a week, all of it through WhatsApp and word of mouth. Trust me when I say this, very good at the job, but disorganized about appointments, timelines , follow ups.

Two months ago he mentioned he'd stopped urbanclap, since he has a captive client base in the area and no longer wants to give the commission.

So i made him a small website, it's not impressive, it's his photo , what he does , the area he covers, his rates written plainly and a form that asks for dates, address and how many rooms. The form messages his WhatsApp. That's the entire product.

What I did not expect:

Writing the rates down changes his pricing. He used to go on the spot and go soft when people pushed. Now the number is on the page and he just points at it. He raised his deep clean rates and lost no booking.

He forwards the links instead of explaining himself . Turns out a lot of the friction was him having to sell over whatsapp in his second language.

He now knows what he earns. Every booking goes into one place.

He's at about 11 jobs a week now, all direct( existing customers and referrals through wom). That's literally a 40-50% increase in revenues.

I'm not claiming I built anything clever lol but he is happy and this is more sustainable. lmk if you want to see it- his AOO is mostly MaKaBo (western mumbai).

What's everyone using to make case studies?mine are in canva, they take 4 hours each and they all look the same

I'm into b2b with a small team, I've been hired for marketing support and am the only one doing content and about 20 case studies, all canva, mostly because that's what was here when I arrived. the problems:

four hours each and most of that is layout, not writing, they all look the same because I reuse one template out of exhaustion. Sales wants slides for deck, the site wants a pdf , so I make both and updating either when the number changes is painful.

I've considered just doing them in Google slides, and I've considered paying someone on upwork per case study which is vvv costly for how much I make , tried gamma but couldn't understand it.

How to do this, what's the answer, I need help at this point

Infosys OA 2nd August slot 2

So, I attempted the OA and it was tough at least for me...first question took me more than one hour but only 5/12 test cases we t through after submission 🙃, 2nd one toon me 15 minutes, and last one was the toughest but somehow started attempting it , initially the test cases passed on execution but upon submission all the 12 test cases failed...

Will they select me for round 2? Any chances at all?

I'm a 2026 batch passout..

What advice would you give to someone who recently started his job in his early 20s?

Hey everyone, I recently graduated from a tier 3 college and secured an off campus job opportunity in Jaipur which pays not that much but I took it to gain experience.

My salary is megre 30k/month and I have 3 emis in me costing me close 16k every months on just paying back the loans which I had to take in college days to pay my fees and manage my own and family's expenses as well.

I know it's too early in my career but what advice would you have for me who is just starting out?

Any advice related to managing finances and other things as well.

Thank you for your time!

How are people pumping out edited YouTube videos so fast mow?

So I had this question because I feel like I missed a memory. Channels my size( few thousand subs) are suddenly posting 3-4 fully edited videos a week, clean cuts, captions, b-roll, the works and they're clearly not agencies. I spend 10+ hours editing a 10-minute video and it's the reason I only ship weekly.

When I search this I just get listicles written by the tools' own blogs, so: what is the stack people using right now?

Moved to Jaipur recently, how should I make new friends and explore Jaipur

Hey guys, I have recently moved here for my job and found it difficult to adjust, so much so that I almost wanted to go back home the day I landed here.

I'm finding it difficult to adjust here, how do I make the most out of my time here in Jaipur..

One more thing, WHY DO YOU GUYS HATE NON-VEGETARIAN PEOPLE SO MUCH!??😭 It's so frickin' difficult to find non-veg affordable restaurants here..

Looking forward to your advice. Thanks

Update on this post: I just enjoyed the view outside from the window seat

So, I was travelling from NE to Jaipur for 3 straight days and my initial plan was to watch some shows while being in the train which I did as well for the first few hours, then I just decided to enjoy the view, free from any visual clutter or any earbuds sound...it was much better than watching any show or movie tbh... I finished 6 episodes of Dexter tho..sharing some pictures which I've taken in the comments below..

thanks a lot.
