Anyone have any leads on the type of place one could work on the weekends for extra income (maybe unskilled labor or retail)? I have my M-F 9-5 spoken for, but am hoping to increase my monthly take home. Maybe something locally-owned rather than chain/corporate as I assume that’d be more amenable to a non-standard schedule, but open to considering whatever’s available. Already perusing Craigslist but posting here in case any of y’all have heard of anywhere hiring.

I love American traditional tattoos and patchwork sleeves and all that, but I feel like I have a hard time finding enough pieces to say that I can confidently finish my sleeves. Like I’ll find someone whose style/shading is great, but only does like OG flash designs; I like a lot of those (got a panther and a dragon already spoken for) but unfortunately I don’t dig skulls, scorpions, pinups, and some of the other usual suspects. Other times I’ll find artists whose designs I like but the style or colors or shading aren’t quite there. Basically I’m just worried that as I move down my arms at some point I’ll just be getting things for the sake of getting things instead of digging the piece itself. I don’t know maybe I’m too nitpicky. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
