iphone 14 pro max

randomly phone freezes, the buttons work however it doesn’t respond to touch
i force restart it and after numerous times of doing it, it finally works again

do yall think factory resetting my phone will fix it?
what is the reason it’s doing this?

i need an app that can help lower my screen time by blocking CERTAIN apps (need some to communicate), making me earn points to get some screen time like work out/go for a work for 10 minutes of scrolling, allowing me to set a time later in the day for the app to end and i can have proper relaxing time yk

(m19) my screen time per day is around 10-11 hours. i sleep at 4am every night, immediately doom scroll on social media, shower, watch netflix and doom scroll until 4am. i am literally on my phone 24/7 but i cant stop scrolling even if im tired, i use the excuse that “it’s my alone time”– even though i’ve been alone for hours.

i genuinely want to change my life, im tired of living like but i can’t stop being lazy. majority of my problems come from being on my phone, if i could just stop being on my phone i could do so many better things like going for a walk, waking up early, sleeping earlier,working out, etc.

i honestly want to be the best version of myself, does anyone have any advice?

some back story i’m a micro influencer with around 67k followers but i want to get to around 200k and basically have some more ‘fame’

i think asmodeus has been showing me signs to work with him or to contact him but he’s the only one i’ve done research about.

i don’t know any other demons but id love to know if there are other demons who can help me before i contact asmodeus and is he a good option for fame?

this is only my second time btw. anyways as im doing it i felt tingles which i felt the last time. then i got a bit scared and opened my eyes, i saw a shadow against my cupboard but you couldn’t even see his face shape, nothing. i only saw from his shoulders up, just black.

when i tell you guys i got the biggest fright haha but i started speaking to him and i started getting super hot for like 5 seconds.

basically i was in a casino but i could drive there, i drove in the casino and me and my boyfriend got pulled over by the cops and they asked me for my drivers license and they put a thermometer on my head (weird i know). they let us go.

then i went to my house which is in the casino but it’s not even a house, it’s a back yard, i was alone and i had a golden chicken/ rooster, can’t remember if the entire animal was gold or it just had a gold crown. then a tree beside it fell down and the rooster escaped and i was chasing after it.

as im chasing after it i notice an anaconda’s long thick tail wrapped around the casino machines and just going everywhere im running to and im tracking it, then the rooster slips through a door and i stopped, i saw the snakes head there but the snakes body was separated from its head. the snakes head was at the door, at first the snake wasn’t facing me and i had a big distance probably like 50m away from it. i looked away for a split second and the snake was facing me for like 10 seconds, after that it slithered away and its body attached back onto it and my dream ended.

also i wasn’t scared in the dream just observant the entire time
