So recently I noticed some bubbles in my urine but most of it goes away to the point where there's just a little on the sides of the toilet after approximately a 1 min. Should I be concerned? Note: I went to the Dr in July and there was no mention of any kidney issues when blood work was reviewed

Sometime ago I made a post here asking for help on switching chords faster. I got a bit better at it but I do have a question, lets say you play the pattern D DU UDU do you switch chords on the start of that very last upstrum? I know I gotta get more of a feel for it but some more advice would help

How can you tell if you're truly burned out or if you are starting to get depressed? For context: I'm 23m and I noticed that over the last couple years the sense of determination I had to just achieve things has gotten lower and lower. And frankly I don't know how to get it back

I can't switch between certain chords in time no matter how slow the metronome is. For reference I started at 60 bpm and I'm tryna learn sweater weather (C maj, A min, E min, G maj) but I can't switch between G and C effectively. Any tips you have to make my practice sessions effective?

Trade School question

Has anyone went to a trade school called New York Career and Business School. Has anyone in this subreddit went to that school and if so, what was your experience like? Do you wish you went a different route?

What's the best way to figure out what other career fields you want to get into?

Ok so with how shitty the job market is, I'm (23M) trying to find a program that allows me to develop an in demand skill. Problem is, don't necessarily know what else I'd want to do career wise that seems fulfilling. What's the best way to figure this out?

How do y'all find it in you to consistently do cardio? Last week I averaged around 5k a day and I barely did any cardio this week cause doing cardio feels a bit tedious. I'll admit part of it comes from not being disciplined enough so advice would be helpful

Trying to find courses that help me learn more skills within audio (in the context of working in film/tv) as well as help with job placement

I'm looking to learn more skills when it comes to working with sound, specifically within film/tv. So something like sound design/foley and even working on a film set. Are there any courses like this available within the NY area? Bonus if they help with job placement after the course itself is completed.

Need advice on what more workouts I can do

I'm M23 165 lbs and as the title says Im looking for suggestions on what more workouts I should do. I've started doing cardio last week but I'll admit doing just that is starting to get boring and trying to get as close to 10k steps a day is beginning to feel tedious. I'm looking to lose 40 lbs within 1 year. Appreciate any and all suggestions
