4.5 weeks on Prozac

About 4.5 weeks in on Prozac. I feel like I was doing okay with the intrusive thoughts but here over the last week the thoughts have been multiple ones throughout the day. Little reaction but still thoughts popping in. When does lessen ?

How does everyone handle moments where you feel like your memory fails you or that things pop in that question what happened?

What ifs

Anybody else have those thoughts that come in later of like “what if I actually did this or this” but not so much in the moment but could be hours later. Which then make you question the entire interaction

Trusting others

I’m having a hard time believing those who are with me for moments where I’ve had worries later on. What are some ways you go about really trusting others? My ocd sometimes does not allow me trust others bc I want certainty

OCD worries feelings

Something I’ve been struggling with this is “feeling” of something being wrong and then me over analyzing and overthinking. It’s like my chest gets tight and I start to get really wound up inside that I’ve done something wrong. What’s frustrating is the feeling makes me feel like there is evidence of something wrong when I don’t physically see anything. I continue to tell myself this is just a “feeling”. Anyone else struggle with this or have any tips? I do got to therapy.

OCD worries

Worries ocd enough
At what point do you just say enough is enough. I’ve been worrying about something for 10 days now. Isn’t that enough? If something would’ve happened it would’ve.

Thoughts worries help

6 days ago I had a thought that popped up that I did something. It ended up taking over and now I’ve been constantly checking to see if there is something out there when I have no physical evidence that something happened or that I even did something. But I feel a sense of guilt and dread looming. Does anyone else deal with this?

OCD responsibility worries

Anybody else just constantly worry they are going to be in trouble with the law? Like worry that your false memory has convinced you of something you have no physical evidence of and that they are going to post your picture on the internet or something? I’ve worked in therapy on putting those thoughts in a box and not thinking about them but in the moment I continue back to the worry of what if something bad will happen?
Like my brain has fully convinced that I’ve done something when there is no physical evidence and my husband was with me. The what if’s play over and over. The feelings of guilt is what keeps me worried to cause I’m like why do I feel guilty I must’ve done something.
