Any interested in a Angraecum urschianum [Europe] group-buy please DM!

Really want one, cannot justify buying a whole flask for myself Can provide full reciepts for all costs involved and won't ask for any margin.

Epipactis Helleborine; Register interest. (Orchid)

Getting some flasks done and will have plants available eventually or flasks of 12 or so plants sooner. If you plan on, or have interest in getting one please DM me for details so i know roughly how many flasks to get done.

Terrestrials so might be upwards of a year before unflasked plants are ready but I need to know roughly how many in advance.

Anyone have experience growing Helichrysum Umbraculigerum?

Got a couple hundred seeds arriving in a week or so and wondering if anyone has experience growing them and hence advice to give. Planning to start them in propagator then inside, then outside, then back inside before first frost. (Northern England)

Going with more of an aroid mix for the soil.

Variagation? Why is this seedling so vibrant red?

I've seen pinks before, apparently thats how young variagation looks, but never this vibrant, and usually with white spots which I don't see on this one!

Do you think this needs grafting? I'm hoping to keep it on it's own roots but if not, oh well.

Guess how many germinate in the next 10 days and I will send you 100 free seeds. (Peniocereus Greggii)

I planted 560 Peniocereus Greggii seeds in this tray (the first of many trays). They were harvested in 2024. Guess how many you think will germinate within 10 days and will send the closest guess 100 seeds from the same batch free of charge.

This post is also in r/Cacti, you must be the closest between the two posts.

~15000 seeds. God will fear my army.

Peniocereus Greggii :))). Though on an honest note I intend only to keep maybe 15 of the best specimens. I'm hunting for a Montrose.

Update on my first orchid. Rot is gone! Roots are here!

Posted my first orchid here a little while back, arrived rotting and even had one kind redditor advice me to "not get my hopes up". But since cutting out the rot it's been pushing lots of new growth!

Just mounted it to it's permanent spot today, I'm hoping to new roots get it to start clinging.

(Scheonorchis Fragrans)

My Lepanthes isn't doing too hot in the heat, but seems to have acclimated now and is stable, but this fella has absolutely loved the heat and I've seen quite the increase in growth.

My half-leaf of Psychotria viridis finally put up shoots after 3 months!

But hey! 4 shoots! From only half of a leaf. Rooted simply by placing in 5050 perlite potting soil.

Anyone have experience hunting for mutants from seed?

Thinking it would be nice to try and get some cristate or montrose plants from seed and wondering if anyone has experience with it.

How many seeds for example might I need? And how long to rear them checking for expression.

Got back from the UK International orchid show with this one! Lepanthes Telipogoniflora.

Not perfect but the only one they had! And pretty hard to find in the UK at the moment. Personally I blame the lovely bloke I met who seems to be hoarding them and has £700 worth sitting at home.

Poor chicks deserve a smokefree home.

Obviously we took this particular ashtray out of service foe the foreseeable future 😅.

My first orchid. Advice wanted.

Never had an orchid before, recieved like this and don't know what looks good or bad.

Humidity and temp are sorted. It is mounted near the terrarium fan. I am getting a better mount for it's final place to stay.
