AURA Galaxy Gas - Fine Fettle

AURA Galaxy Gas - Fine Fettle

I’m very impressed with the Galaxy Gas 1G Vape from Fine Fettle. I had tried both the Candy Store and Straw Trop Cherry 1G Live Resin from Botanical Sciences previously. I have to say this is the best vape I have tried from the GA MMJ program so far.

Effects are strong and come on instantly. Plenty of vapor production too and decent flavor. The Live Resin BS vapes do have better flavor but the vapor production was less and effects not as strong.

If vaping is your method of choice, I would give the AURA line a try.

Ah yes, the big three horology titans.

Sternglas, Merkur and Red Star truly are the standard of high horology. Nothing says elite like Chinese steel.

Unpopular Opinion: Stop Buying Cheap Watches

Unpopular opinion: Stop buying cheap watches. One of the biggest mistakes new collectors make is thinking collecting means owning more watches. It doesn’t. A well-curated collection of fewer, higher-quality pieces will almost always be more rewarding than a box full of impulse buys. Save your money. Buy fewer. Buy better.

Edit: I’m realizing the title comes across as more controversial than I intended. The point of the post isn’t that inexpensive watches are bad. It’s that, in my opinion, less is more, and prioritizing quality over quantity leads to a more rewarding collection.

Edit 2: I also want to clarify that my point is to stop buying cheap watches, not never buy a cheap watch. If you don’t own a watch, I’m not suggesting you wait until you can afford a five-figure piece. I’m saying that once you start your collection, I encourage you to raise your standards as you continue collecting. Buy fewer, quality watches. The philosophy is quality over quantity.

If you don’t own a watch, I’m not suggesting you wait until you can afford a four or five-figure piece. I’m saying that once you start your collection, I encourage you to raise your standards as you continue collecting. Buy fewer, quality watches. The philosophy is quality over quantity.

Got the call! First Rolex.

Got the call today for my Datejust 36 after waiting for 3 weeks. I’m in love with it. It’s exactly what I was looking for to celebrate my 30th.

This game NEEDs instruments.

Already loving the game. Great atmosphere; the trampler combat is unique and intense.

Also really like the cooperative aspect of the game and think it’s a perfect candidate for player instruments. Similar to Arc Raiders, Fallout 76, and others where players can equip different instruments to play tunes together. Would add a nice community element to being on the trampler.

Wife and I wearing our Omegas at Omega HQ

We honeymooned in CH/IT and had to stop by the Omega HQ for a tour. His Speedmaster Racing Casino Dial and her vintage Ladies Seamaster.

Want people to buy from you? Get them to like you.

You can pitch ROI and operational efficiency until you’re blue in the face, but the people who buy from you are those who like you.

I’m losing the motivation to train.

I started riding seriously a year and half ago and it was an awesome journey, eventually getting kit built up, upgrading to a better bike, getting an indoor trainer (love it btw). but lately haven’t been feeling the same passion I did. Long hours on the bike seem more intimidating or boring than the excitement I used to feel.

I’ve been hovering around 50 miles a week all year, some weeks hitting 100 which is my goal. But I’m starting to accept maybe I’ll just be an average cyclist and that progress for me may take a while. Anyone else go through this?
