Smoking only feels good when I’m doing it all day every day, but when I’m doing it all day every day smoking doesn’t feel good.

So paradoxical. I feel like I can only enjoy weed if I’m using often(daily) because if my tolerance drops I become incapable of doing anything meaningful, but at the same time if I’m using weed daily I don’t get high, and end up missing out on what life has to offer.

Sucks that it has to be all or nothing for us addicts.

M26, the inner-leg chafing is finally here

At 6’2 I’ve been pretty skinny/lean all my life. Been working out for a decade, 1.5 years ago I was 175 lbs and hit legs once a week MAX. Your typical “ehh who sees my legs anyways” type of guy.

But around October last year I started making it a nonnegotiable to hit legs twice a week along with every other muscle group, and bulked 25 lbs and man…

Been spamming Bulgarian squats, leg extensions/curls, leg press and hip abductors/adductors semiweekly and my long skinny runner legs are finally starting to have some mass on them. A problem I never dealt with before, my legs touching together and chafing sometimes. It’s annoying, but a sign that progress is being done!!

Weight was taken today. A BF% estimate would also be great thank you!!!!

I’ve put on 20 lbs since last summer, my abs used to be much more defined but I’ve definitely been getting stronger and progressively overloading
