stuck in loop and have lost all point in trying to recover account

i got a pop-up for no reason to confirm if my account was "real" so I did its captcha. nothing. I refreshed and when I went to log in. It didn't work. I tried to recover account but nothing. change password? nothing. I saw an email in my inbox about to account. I clicked "continue" GUESS WHAT. NOTHING. meta's ai bot doesn't work. trying the hacked page doesn't work. nothing. please help
