How can I go about doing lunch meat sandwiches (like turkey), safely in a brown bag lunch . How do I keep it cold enough till lunch. Thinking on having a frozen yogurt (go-gutrt), with cold vegetables and dip, or fruit. Maybe freeze the sandwich so it's eatable by lunch.
More information: for my kids; drop off 7, lunch around 11.
So I'm looking for top of line in terms of fire safety something like UL125, two hour safe. I have a few kinds picked out, so I would appreciate your input on what I have found. As well as any other recommendations you might have. If you have something better please share. Thank you in advance.
