Reddit Auth issues...

Reddit appears to have restricted or shadow-banned my account for reasons I cannot determine. I submitted appeals and contacted Reddit's moderators/administrators, but I have not received any meaningful assistance regarding this ongoing issue.

The main problem is with the mobile app's authentication. Occasionally, I can log in successfully, but after only 2–3 days the app logs me out. From that point onward, I cannot sign back in. Reinstalling the app, clearing its data, and other common troubleshooting steps make no difference.

The only reliable workaround is to log into Reddit from my PC, change my account password, and then sign in again on my phone. Unfortunately, this only works for another few days before the same problem returns.

Because of this recurring authentication issue, my activity may occasionally be lower than usual. Until Reddit resolves the problem, I have no permanent solution.

Constantine I t. Great Final Version

Lads and Ladies, I've finally made it; rate my art 🗿

It represents the Statue of Constantine 1st the Great in moody weather but with the sunshine panning onto it from the left cheek in front of him.

Context: Eastern Roman Emperor, first to make Christianity Legal and recognized, first Roman Emperor to ever publicly take Christianity.

Work In progress...

Review of my old and unfinished digital Art, after that longing I finally returned to it with the hopes of being able to finish it off. made some fine changes to it, I.e. cleaning out the color out of the border, changing the approach and color texturing for it, so its still WIP! It doesn't have shadows, Lighting, Weathering nor Background yet but I plan onto doing it in some time. This art presents the statue of Constantine I the Great, be sure to rate it and give any tips/suggestions towards it :P

Facts:

That's the first Emperor of Rome to be officially recognized as being Christian, he stopped the persecution of the Christendom, he gave equal rights to the believers of Christ and he returned the confiscated property of Christians. He was the one to push the Empire into being faithful to God.

The sick man: what if the Eastern Roman Empire (Byzantines) survived? 1967 CE

through a combination of no Turkic migration, a failure or lack of Islamic invasions, and a bit of luck, the Eastern Roman Empire (ERE) survives to the modern era. However, it is not all bright for them. with the start of the 19th century they started to decline. nationalism rocked through the nation‘s many ethnic and religious groups which did not just include minorities. many Romans started to think as Greeks and by the close of the 19th century, Egypt was lost, the minorities were unruly, the Romans were facing an identit crisis, etc. however things would remain stable under the monarchy until 1956 when a prominent military general overthrew the monarchy and established a junta. This is when terminal decline set in. minority groups angered by the new wave of oppression began insurgent groups, Greek identity started to show up from the underground and the religious courts became hostile toward the takeover. by 1967 the empire is on the brink of civil war and complete collapse. feel free to ask any questions you have!

The Museum temporary Exhibition

Photo of one of the armourstands

Took part in a Templar Themed museum exhibition within Poland. It was cool, We spoke about the Templars and the closest themed subjects, as also them being falsely accused by Philip IV The Beautiful, the king of France of that time (1307), but yeah; we also mentioned the Holy Land and the Crusade Kingdoms. The Exhibition tour lasted about 6 hours straight organized in a castle, many of the facts were already known by me but nonetheless I also learned a thing or two more precisely, and it was a great experience! I would suggest it to anyone for sure.

Your thoughts on reasoning behind 1st Crusade?

The Image showcases the Siege of Acre (1291)

https://www.facebook.com/share/r/18n9oWcm54/

This is literally quite accurate, quick expansionism on Christendom made by Muslims was the reason why enforcing the border with them and resitting Christian people on the rule there was a priority! Muslims didn't share the values of mercy like the Bible does; people converted themselves for being with Christ- whilst Muslims were asking to convert or else people were met with high taxations, privledges sanctions, marginalisation, discrimination and sometimes persecution or at worse, execution... There was never a fair game here, the radical Muslimisation and future Islamisation was an aggressive and oppressive doctrine which took place against Christians. RIP all of those who died unrightful.

Final Version of the Crusader

was a difficult task but worth the struggle, this is the final version of my Templar Drawing, I hope y'all like it! :)

Its on full render with a blurry background of Jerusalem Castle Gardens made with a huge inspiration of its scenery coming from pictures commonly available on the Web, I have also decided that a blurry bg would mean less of unnecessary details since I want people to focus solely on the crusaders figure, compared to the previous version of my drawing, this one not only got the cool backdrop scenery but the crusader himself has some "yellowish" light filter to show the effect of the upcoming sunset as also given him an opened half-gauntlet! If you have any suggestions regarding what I should draw next then be sure to comment (Just be sure that it's themed within 1-1456 AD, Europe and Near&Middle East/North Africa :D)

Friendly fire

Remember this happened because the Crusaders owed money to Venice. Don't let anyone else make you think otherwise.

What are your thoughts on the topic of Saladin and Baldwin IV?

Picture from *Kingdom of Heaven* (2005), showing Saladin and Baldwin, it is romanticized since they never actually met up that close, but it shows the idea.

They were on the opposite sides but that didn't discourage them into respecting the other rival, they never met actually close face to face but granted each other with dignity and humanity even within the devastating series of Crusades and Levantine Wars. When Baldwin was getting more Ill, Saladin even offered to send him his personal physician to aid him, not kill him. The mutual rivalry but with honour. It may have served the military purposes but nonetheless it is a thing that any leader should really do even in our current times, in order to make actual truces which last and memorable and honourable events which can be remembered in place of the hatred.

Your thoughs on the 1st Crusade...

What are your general thoughts on the 1st Crusade?

The topic isn't talked about as much as the 3rd Crusade is. I think it deserves the spotlight for how it spread awareness — at least within Christendom — about the local Christian communities being pressured by Muslim rule in the Levant, and the rising threat to the Eastern Romans (Byzantines) from the Seljuk Sultanate of Rum and the semi-autonomous Turkmen warlords on their borders. We know now that their border raids had already heralded the incoming danger for the Anatolian imperial populations.

Reposting from my new community r/ChristianKingdoms — Just curious what your opinions are on the 1st Crusade and the Byzantine-Seljuk Wars of that period. The 1st Crusade was the starting point for the broader series of Christian attempts to reconquer the Levant, driven by Pope Urban II's support of Emperor Alexios I Komnenos's appeal, and followed by later struggles over Cilicia, Cyprus, Anatolia, and Trebizond.

Pre-Finished Version

So I have made the Templar Knight with details and shadows, only the missing element is the lighting, shine and background. Any thoughts?

In progress...

I had to separately post it here but this is my current progress in drawing the remake version of my previous art, most notably fixing the hand grip as also refined further on the line compared to the previous one + made more of the right side (characters left, the shield). The chainmail is currently being made, feel free to leave any tips onto further drawing the character, maybe even an idea for the backdrop/next drawing. I'll probably be done with it tomorrow :p
