I need to create a GitHub project using R with a large dataset. Can I do it using Claude? Would someone be able to tell if it was done by Claude?

Has anyone here had breast fat transfer done by Dr Amr Khalil at Look Younger Clinic in Hurghada, Egypt?
I’m considering it and would really appreciate hearing about real experiences, especially about the consultation, results, recovery, aftercare, and whether you felt safe and well looked after.
