Hey I’m putting together the best B/S code folder I can in BN5 Double Team, Protoman Version. I’ve read that you unlock Larkman’s V2 fight by beating his V1, logging out, and coming back. I’ve done so, even S ranked him, and there’s no difference. Do I need to progress the story and come back the next in-game day or something? I’m trying to get the pieces for the Wild Bird Program Advance
Hiya friends! What with everything going on right now, I think a lot of us are interested in preserving our media collection. To that end, I was thinking about getting an external disk drive for ripping and writing media.
Two questions
What am I looking for in a drive? I see a lot on BestBuy but most don’t mention Blu-ray except one made by Topteng. I’ve never heard of them. Is it a reputable brand? Do I even need Blu-ray?
Second, what kind of discs do I need to get for game preservation? There are all sorts of formats. On top of the question of amount of data stored, I don’t know if they can hold that type of media. Maybe some are meant for audio files only? I’ve got no clue

I’m playing through Double Team Protoman version right now and as I get more team members it’s become harder to build a good folder. Usually I’ll build around two codes that I have a lot of good chips for (with occasional additions to enable a Program Advance or two)
Having the team mates with their signature moves though made me want to add their codes to the folder so I can regularly use their attack. But that eventually makes the folder too unreliable
So I’ve just given up on that. I built a B/S code folder so it’s good for Megaman and Protoman and as far as the others, I’ll more or less ignore their signature chip. But I’m interested in how y’all approached this
Edit/Spoiler: I just got Megaman back and Chaud gave me the second folder. So now I’m playing with the idea of making two separate ones and switching between them based on the Navi I’m controlling. B/S For Protoman, and Searchman. And since M and N are next to each other I’ll see what PAs are available in LMN or MNO for Magnet and Napalmman. Poor Gyroman will just have to be satisfied that he has a great buster. His signature chip is awful anyway. I’ve never tried, can you switch folders during a Liberation Mission?
I recently found my old mp3 player from high school, the Sansa Clip+
I was wondering, is it possible to upgrade the internal storage with a little surgery?
Alternatively it has a microsd card slot, so I suppose I could buy a bunch and load each one with a couple audio books or an artist’s discography
The title says it all really. Also, for those maining Wolf who find the charge shot underwhelming, there’s an ability that’ll turn all support cards into Area Eater, making it easier to get folks in range. It’s a lot of fun
Hey, I’m still working with the 3+. I was trying GameHub on it and For A Vast Future, a gameboy style Sci-fi rpg worked pretty great. But Bloomtown: A Different Story was chugging. I’m not expecting a lot, but it’s got graphics comparable to Stardew, so I figure there may be settings I can tweak for better performance but I’m not great with tech. Any ideas on what might help? If not I have a preorder for the Thor coming in a few months, so no big deal

I have a project I’ve wanted to do for a while. I want to be able to play podcasts from an old school radio so I can listen to audio dramas the same way people used to listen to radio serials. In another sub, someone mentioned that I should use an AM transmitter. Now I just need the right device to store and play the files
Ideally what I need is something without a screen, but I want to have a lot of files on it, so a way of going through them other than a Next and Previous button would be useful. I just don’t want to break the immersion of the experience. I want it to feel like something that could’ve existed at the time if they had a means of storing massive amounts of audio data
If money were no object, I’d pay someone to code this on a raspberry pi so I could organize the files in a certain way and then have a paper directory and something old school to punch the codes into like the keypad of an old payphone, but hopefully y’all have better ideas

I have an antique radio. The 4 foot tall wooden kind that used to be the centerpiece of a living room before tvs. For years I’ve wanted to modify it so it can play podcasts. Our modern audio drama pods are basically the same as old radio serials, so I thought it’d be cool to listen on old hardware
So, I could hide a Bluetooth speaker in there and call it a day, but that’s kind of immersion breaking. I don’t know much about computers, but how hard would it be to hook up a raspberry pie to a hard drive and a speaker and some kind of input device. I’m thinking maybe the numberpad from an old payphone perhaps

Hi friends. I know this isn’t gonna be meta but it’ll be fun. I got the idea of creating an Ojama/Hero deck because the wiki for Ojamas mentioned adding DH Defender and EH Woodsman for their high defense and Woodsman’s polymerization searching.
My question is, would the tokens created by “Ojama Trio” count as Ojama Monsters for the sake of Ojama Knight’s fusion material. Because if they do, that’s a use case for Super Polymerization in this deck in addition to generic hero fusions. If this works they’d go so well together.
