Aminal Z.E.W. quadrobics workout: opossum walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

There's a possum I feed over by my local grocery store I named Scully. This one's for her and all the people who wanna walk like how possums so weirdly do haha. This one is a great beginner walk cycle with some slight variations in hand placement and arm posture that I think can really help develop strength for quadrobics and lead to more advanced aminal zews. I hope you all enjoy and remember: do what you can while you can do.

Also, I don't know if anybody has ever noticed, but I include links to conservation groups associated with all animals I make aminal zews for in the descriptions of my yt videos. If you wish to help opossums, check them out :), and feel free to check out the descriptions of any other aminal zew videos I've made to see how you can help other animals.

Aminal Z.E.W. quadrobics workout: river otter walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

River otters were my first animal friend I ever made at a zoo. The way they move deserves it's own first aquatic aminal zew video from me tbh, but until I find a cool phone cover that can let me film underwater for cheap, here's their walk cycle haha. They have a very stable and fluid walk/trot, so I highly recommend this one for people starting out who can't quite get their back posture perfectly parallel. I hope you all enjoy and do what you can while you can do 🦦❣️

Aminal Z.E.W. quadrobics workout: paraceratherium walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

I love this workout. The slowness of it, paired with the deliberate form really helps develop a lot of strength. Paraceratherium was one of, if not the largest terrestrial mammals to ever live, so if you want to add some mass; size; and strength to your body I highly recommend it. Do what you can while you can do.

Aminal Z.E.W. quadrobics workout: kinkajou walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

Kinkajous are arguably my favorite animal lol. Ever since I first saw one on Zoboomafoo I have been obsessed with any animal that has a prehensile tail. Kinkajous have a pretty smooth and limber walk without having too little weight to them, despite being a relatively small animal, so this workout is really good for working on quadrobics walks at a beginner level or for working on more fluid limb movement with greater core strength activation. I hope you all enjoy :). Do what you can while you can do, and thank you all for your support.

Aminal Z.E.W. quadrobics workout: fly walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

This one makes me feel super amped-up 😅 ngl. I've always wanted to do a fly walk cycle to see what it does for my speed and reflexes, and I can say it doesn't disappoint. The form is fairly hard to keep while moving as fast as you feel like you want to, but it's great for developing strength in all four limbs and the lower back. I hope you all enjoy and find some help from this one 🪰❤️.

Aminal Z.E.W. quadrobics workout: stoat walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

I'm back 🥳 with a new outfit! I wanted to start back into doing new aminal zews with a stoat workout. It's super useful for enhancing your metabolism and improving core flexibility. I hope you all enjoy :).

Quadrobics workout: Fox walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

Since there are a lot of fox therians on here, I thought this might help. It's actually super difficult to move like a fox (atleast for me😅, being built very stocky and not at all very fox-like), there's a lot of quick movements they make that are very hard to mirror, and they walk/move very much on the tips of their toes. I hope this helps. You stay foxy, quadrobics community 👨🏻🦊.

Quadrobics workout: Horse walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

This is my favorite workout ever for finger strength. Also brings out a lot of different "horse-like" qualities in you tbh (👀 iykyk). Are there any horse therians on here?

Quadrobics workout: Komodo dragon walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

This is one of my favorites tbh. Are there any reptilian therians out there? I rarely see anyone with this animal achetype as part of their personal identity. Even if it's not part of yours, it's still an incredible workout for alot of different parts of your body, mind, and spirit.

R/Therian is such a joke 😂.

I'm being blocked by the r/therian subreddit for actually trying to educate and help people.
The fact the mods won't even have a conversation with me really tells me why they won't let me discuss what I'm trying to talk about.... Somebody is REAAALLY mad I'm trying to keep them from hurting people with their completely unscientific, horribly unsafe practices 😂.

Like, I get it that they don't want to allow posts about quadrobics... but the vast majority of people who do identify as Therian practice quadrobics to SOME degree, and pretty much all information out there about quadrobics from Therian content creators is horribly unsafe and IS getting people hurt.
I'm just baffled by the ego on these mods and some people in the community who will fiercely defend idiots that are injuring people for the sake of upholding their own reputations.
Just learn from your mistakes and help everyone improve by adjusting your educational information to something that's more safe and effective, am I insane for having that take?

How to properly walk on your hands when doing felidae movement patterns.

I'm gonna say something that has ruffled a lot of fur and feathers in the quadrobics/therian community... nobody should be walking on all-fours with their fingers curled up the way many prominent quadrobists and therians recommend. It's horrible for your wrists, fingers, elbows, shoulders, spinal allignment and pretty much everything involving your ability to fluidly control your weight while on all fours.
If you study the anatomical structure of felines, old world monkeys, canines, lemurs, and most all artitiodactyls, that all walk on the pads of their front feet; right on the heads of their metacarpals.
I've walked like this since I was born, practically, and have never had any negative physical problems because of it.
Running like this can lead to pain, which is why I recommend every human that practices quadrobics running forms only ever run on their flat palms with fingers extended (not curled up). Walking this way though is completely safe, and will lead to significant muscle growth and motor control improvement.

I'm literally the guy who has made over 72 different walk cycles for 72 different animal species, and have spent my entire life studying animals and how they move. I know what I'm doing and have never had any problems walking like this.

I'm not trying to upset anyone, but it needs to be said that if you keep walking on your knuckles with your palms flat on the ground and pretending they are paws, you are going to hurt yourself, and if you are a prominent figure in the Therian community you need to stop teaching people how to walk incorrectly before you hurt someone.

If you are wanting to walk like a feline, canine, old world primate, or an ungulate that has fingers, you should walk like this if you actually want to develop strength, speed, agility, endurance, and the ability to move like the animal of your choice as fluidly and as comfortably as possible.

Gorilla walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

This has been one of my favorites ever since I was a kid. I used to work with great apes when I was a zookeeper, so this kind of movement style always came in handy when trying to better identify with the animals under my care. That, and it's very comfortable to walk like this. There's very much a reason why gorillas, chimps, orangutans, etc, moved more towards a knuckle-walking style of locomotion to mirror the structural and functional effectiveness of a hoof in their environment.
I recommend doing these one dirt first, just so you can get used to how much pressure will be applied from the ground to the skin on your fingers. It takes a while to get used to knuckle walking on concrete like I do.
Do what you can while you can do 🧡🦍.

Quadrobics workout: Bear walk cycle

This one is pretty accessible for most every practitioner (imo). It involves being pretty aware of how flat your hind feet are while maintaining a fairly decent level of parallel form with your spine, but not too parallel, as bears have pretty inconsistent heights from their haunches down to their hips. You don't have to sound like a bear to do this one, but it definitely helps. Lol.
I was mostly channeling a grizzly bear for this movement cycle, but it's pretty applicable to black bears, kodiak bears, brown bears, spectacled bears, and cave bears if you're interested in knowing which bear this exercise helps connect you with.

Quadrobics workout: Dogman walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

Howdy, I'm Creature-Man. I am a former zookeeper and horseback trail guide, and currently I teach people how to perform animal movement cycles as a form of holistic exercise. I have created unique animal movement cycle exercises for over 72 different species of animal by channeling different animals through my connection to the morphogenetic field. I made this movement cycle not too long ago, and doing so honestly felt differently than any other movement cycle I've made.
I was wondering if any witnesses can speak on how my walk cycle looks, and just how accurate it is to what they may have saw. From most reports I read/hear, it always seems like dogmen are either walking/standing on two legs, or only seen running on all-fours, so it would be helpful to hear from anyone who has seen a dogman walking on all-fours.
I genuinely believe these creatures exist, because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to make this, and would've felt the fact that this was a purely imaginary creature.
Please don't think I'm taking the piss lol, I basically do these sort of exercises and teach people them for a living. My question involving how my walk cycle looks in comparison to what witnesses have seen is from a place of sincerity and a genuine want to help.
Thank you all for your time, and do what you can while you can do.

Quadrobics workout: Bigfoot/sasquatch walk cycle on all-fours (warm-up and demonstration)

I made this movement cycle not too long ago, based on my first encounter with a sasquatch back in 2014. I have submitted a detailed report of what the encounter was a couple months ago to BFRO after encountering bigfoot for the fourth time in my life, but I wanted to run this phenomena by people in the community.
I've seen only a couple videos of sasquatch walking on all fours, most notably the "Junk man" video from MK Davis on Youtube, and all the evidence I've seen confirms what I saw firsthand.
Have any of you seen bigfoot walk like this, and, if so, did he walk in any other styles while on all-fours? I've heard reports and have seen photographs of sasquatch "crab-walking" or walking like a spider, but atp it's out of curiosity and continued research that I ask this question.
Thank you all for your time, and do what you can while you can do.

Quadrobics workout: Lion walk cycle (warm-up and demonstration)

The lion is king.
God save the king, and God save our souls for letting him die.
When I was born, there were around 100,000 lions in Africa. Today, there are only around 20,000.
This is my first walk cycle that I published a couple years ago.
I urge you all to stop walking on your hands, palms flat, fingers curled up, while you do quads. You are all going to hurt yourself.
If you're going to walk on all-fours in the style of a terrestial, mammalian predator (like a canine or a feline), you should walk as they do with metacarpals perpendicular to the ground. When you run, you should keep your palms flat, but when you walk, you should keep your hands like I do.
