Hello together.

I live in germany and we have a Fritzbox as Router and Modem. I have my flat in the first floor and my parents, where the Router is, is in the ground floor.

The Fritzbox has one normal network+wifi and a guest network+wifi

I wanted for me a bit more options and security. Thats why I want to work with VLANS (and the right firewall rules ofc.).

My plan is to let my parents keep their two networks and use the Fritzbox as gateway (set static routes in the fritzbox for all the networks/VLANs that I will use).

Now the question. I searched and saw that this is good doable with unifi. So I need the cloud gateway and an unifi AP (+maybe a switch).

But I also heard a lot about Mikrotik. I searched a bit and found the hAP ax³. So I would have router and wifi all in one and the ability to work with VLANS etc.

Would you adivse me to go with Mikrotik or Unifi?

I am very happy that we can play BO1 and 2 without modders/hackers on the new consoles.

But is it not a bit concering that neither Treyarch or IronGalaxy released launch patch notes about what changed in the ports? Or some communication about missing settings features, bugs, connection problems etc. that players have at the moment?

The games are over ten years old, but this is now like a new realease. So there needs to be a certain level of support/communication.

I myself am working in IT, so technical stuff is no problem for me :)

I started to configure the modem (change passwords, SSID etc) and am wondering about some points.

The "user" does not has really deep configuration options. I wanted to change DNS, Subnet, QoS, etc. Is there maybe an admin access?

I has set up now two SSIDs (a home one and one for guests/IoT).

The home one is with "band/steering" to has 2.4 and 5ghz. The guest one is a 2.4 network with an own SSID/PW.

Now I am wondering. In the "Wifi client list", why do the devices in both SSIDs are in the same IP-Network?

If they have a different VLAN, then its ok. But in the first column, both have the ID 1. Does this stands now for the VLAN ID? This modem does not really explain itself. Because it makes no sense to have to different SSIDs that are in the same network.

If I had a laptop here, I could check it with wireshark or the cmd. But I only have a smartphone at the moment.

17.05.26 habe ich bei Kleinanzeigen zwei Konsolen zu einem recht günstigen Preis gekauft.

Der Verkäufer war auch mit PayPal Warenkauf einverstanden.

Am 19.05 habe ich nachgefragt, ob schon versendet wurde und falls nicht, wann dazu Zeit war.

Er antwortete, dass er es noch nicht geschafft hat. Seitdem ist Funkstille trotz mehrfachen Anfragen meinerseits.

Nun kam eine Mail von Kleinanzeigen, dass das Konto des Verkäufers wegen Verdacht eingeschränkt wurde (ich habe den Verkäufer nicht gemeldet).

Jetzt frage ich mich, welcher Betrüger sagt zu "Käuferschutz" ja? Und was könnte er davon haben?

Mein Geld kann ich ja wiederbekommen. Nur, könnte ich jetzt irgendwie Opfer von irgendwelchen weiteren Tricks werden da meine Adresse und PayPal Infos über die Transaktion bekannt sind?

Sollte ich vielleicht über den Namen bei PayPal die Person bei Facebook suchen und kontaktieren?

The main problem is that the DPF gets full really fast and then we need to start a regeneration with a diagnostic system to clear the error.

After switching and cleaning many parts, cleaning the DPF professionaly, someone told us to check the injector values. I did, but dont know how to interpret them. Like if the injectors need to be changed or not. Here the values:

Delphi injectors.

Cylinder 1:

Correction value for the injection duration (in us): 54

For 1100 bar: -22

For 1600 bar: -47

For 1800 bar: -47

For 280 bar: 22

For 300 bar: 22

For 550 bar: -12

Cylinder 2:

Correction value for the injection duration (in us): 64

For 1100 bar: -27

For 1600 bar: -46

For 1800 bar: -46

For 280 bar: -7

For 300 bar: -7

Hi. I was in algeria and my cousin gifted me airpods gen 3.

They look really good for a counterfeit. But I am asking myself, can I use them without security risks? Could they not maybe have malicious payloads, let your phone download something etc.? Sry for the question, but I am a bit worried in such topics.
