Where can I get "old" GM car parts the cheapest?
I have a 2007 Buick allure CX (Canadian name for the lacrosse CX) with the rear left and the front left calipers to change, and I was wondering where will I get the cheapest price for somewhat decent parts.
It is my first car and I am a student, I'd love to be able to get bosch pads and rotors with remanufactured oem coated calipers but i simply cannot afford that.

My first car, Did I get a good deal?
Bought my first car after many months of searching I came across a great deal : A 2007 buick allure cx with 75,000 miles for 2300 USD.
A quick mechanical inspection revealed 2 issues, a faulty handbrake due to the left rear caliper and the overall suspension on 4 wheels being softer than buick intented it.
No leaks, new oil and filter, new transmission fluid, new brake fluid. Motor seems to be in top shape. Steering is good. Cosmetics wise a new front bumper is needed but that's about it.
Even came with 1 winter tyre set on steel rims with the buick caps. And 1 summer tyre set with the aluminum rims.
Did I score a good deal, or a trash deal?

First car and I bought a gem (hopefully)
Bought a Buick allure cx 2007 with around 75,000 miles on the odometer. It was dirt cheap but the bumper needs a replacement 🤷.

Est-ce légal qu'un concessionnaire de voiture usagé me vendent une voiture sans frein d'urgence (brake a bras)
J'ai acheté il y a moins de 15 jours une voiture de 2007 dans un concessionnaire de voiture usagé, le propriétaire du concessionnaire ma fait signé le contrat ou aucune inspection ni aucun défaut n'a été noté vendu tel quel, la pédal de frein a main n'avais aucun problème à clancher de déclencher une lumière dans le dash, ainsi que tout le reste de l'inspection visuel que j'ai fait.
Je l'ai acheter, et un des amis de ma famille qui est garagiste de France est venu en vacances et la lui-même examiner, voici ce qu'il as noté :
Mon frein a main marche pas parce que les deux cables sont complètement rouillé et les deux calipers arrière le système a complètement bloquer, mes 4 shock de suspension sont fini et rempli de corrosion, une de mes deux plaquettes de frein arrière est usée de presque le double que l'autre, donc il estime que le calipers gauche a saisi et fait usé la plaquette prématurément. De plus mes tires rods avant sont lousse et sur le bord de lâché.
Est-que il y as un recours que je peut faire, ou est-ce qu'il est déjà trop tard pour moi...

Anything else i can do to make the scratch disappear even more?
Bought a 2007 Buick Allure CX 2007 with the legendary 3.8L V6 with only 68,000 miles registered to it's name for less than 3000 USD. Unfortunately, the front bumper has a huge dent in the front.
The old owner was a man born in 1926 and died last winter when his second car finally broke down and he tried taking the buick for it's first ever winter car trip to the grocery store, he hit a cement block and had a heart attack on the spot.
Since then it's been sitting at a friend's used car dealership. I've tried polishing, new coat of clear, color correction. But i still dont know how or what to do to make the annoying scratch disappear without me needing to repurchase a brand new bumper.
Here's a photo of the before (top) and after (bottom). Ill post more pictures of the interior and overall condition in the comments of the post.
