Won a duel with feints and immediately got fainted to death by the next guy

And I shall sweep down on thee with great vengeance and furious anger....and die from the plague shortly thereafter

Usually roles are reversed and I'm the one getting chased down and zeroed. What should have this pilot done differently? I get he was trying to get back to base, but obviously that didn't work. How do you turn this situation around?

You don't see people dueling with a polehammer very often. It's a great weapon, good reach, speed and damage.

When you're a noob pilot, every kill feels like an achievement

When being severely rapiered by your opponent, do not fret, you can still come from behind to finish him off!

Last week I posted a clip "demonstrating" how "bad" of a cyberdeck the Canto is. After learning to use it properly I now understand it's the most powerful and broken cyberdeck in the entire game! It's almost too good, and kind of takes the challenge out of combat entirely.

Usually I think it's a little dishonorable to throw stuff in duels, but sometimes I just can't help myself

I don't often try to matrix dodge in duels, but 30% of the time it works, every time.

I had no business beating this guy, in fact I think this is the first time I ever have

Sometimes I think throwing weapons in a duel is a little dishonorable, but this time it really made me laugh

Imagine these gonks just rolling up on fully upgraded V, thinking they're gonna take him out. Then the quick hacks begin to fly. Then V launches into the air and obliterates the entire strike force.

I think it's the same one that does the chanting? Is it unlockable or would I have to buy it?

Is there some sort of lore that explains this? Some sort of reference I'm not getting?

I usually use targeting interference. During this match I wasn't dealing with much anti-air, so I didn't miss it much. Now I'm thinking that the increased speed might be worth the trade.

You can throw your shield and spear, and keep a mace as a backup.
