What mayhem are your Poms up to today?

Orion has asked me, his Insignificant Other, to ask the community to discuss some recent posts which have solicited a stud/dam to breed with their dog for what are essentially backyard breeding or sentimental purpose one offs. I am referring to the “I want to breed my dog before he/she gets fixed to preserve the legacy/he was my aunt’s and I want puppies for the family etc”
There have been two recent posts to that effect which I replied to with the many reasons why this is irresponsible, unethical and very often results in Poms which not only don’t meet the breed standard, but also have genetic health conditions which result in decreased quality of life for the dog. I reported both posts and the mods removed them. Orion and I feel this sub should institute a rule banning breeding solicitation. What says the community? Let’s discuss this respectfully. I purchased this lovely painting from an estate sale in Katonah, NY. It was listed as Early American. The painting itself is 17x23”, unsigned and came in a stunning gilt frame adorned with carved holly leaves. Any guesses?

I had posted about spa day on my grandma’s blanket and decided to take it to a local professional, who quoted $650, which was way beyond my budget. They were absolutely lovely and asked if I had Reddit and suggested I perform a spa day with just oxiclean , no ammonia at the end and to roll the blanket in bath towels to absorb as much water out of it as possible. Photo on the right is damp blanket laid out to dry after bath towel treatment. (I did three soaks with oxiclean and one of just water and rinsed it very well in the bathtub)

Hello art detectives. I purchased this very cool painting from an eBay seller located in Brooklyn. My searches for the artist dead ended in a photographer names Stephen Mayes. Also no idea what building is depicted. There’s some grime located around the nailheads so this wasn’t painted last week.

Hello friends. I purchased this oil on quarter sawn oak from an Instagram auction. The seller purchased it in Belgium. It’s 13 in H x 11 in W. No signature and unsure of original country of origin. It was sold unframed.

One of our favorite Instagram accounts is recovering from surgery so Orion slid into her DMs to cheer her up, confess his affection, and low key threaten her paramour. Big Sagittarius energy ♐️ coming in hot this Wednesday.

These are divisions from Orion’s great grandmother. She was as gentle as sou as Orion is fiery. We are both art lovers so he wanted to share our irises with you 💙

Only you can help suffering Pomeranians like Orion😢 He is so oppressed. Please help.
