Stern & Sony. Disc-less consoles and Pinball Machine DLC. But were okay with it?

Am I the only one that feels like pinball machines having multiple editions with full on gameplay changes between the editions and even worse, Stern offering PAYWALLED GAME CODE on their machines, which again, already have 3 different editions, is absolutely the same way the video game industry started with their bs?

Just like the video game industry, the gamers didn't speak up until now, where we don't own the games and were being forced into all digital. Stern and others is already chopping up what they're making to force you to pay extra for this or that on day one, how much longer until they figure out more ways to micro-monetize their pinball machines? How long until they start offering a home digital version of their machines with a monthly fee while jacking up the price of the physical machines to price out normal people?

Please vote with your wallet. I can't stand to see another incredible hobby die to this kind of bs.

Looking for a picture of an old NIN shirt I had (priest collar shirt)

I'm trying to find an old NIN shirt I used to have and I can't even seem to find pictures of it on google. It shouldn't be hard to find, but I'm having 0 luck.

It had the NIN logo embroidered into the collar on the front like a priest collar. I remember it was weird to me cause I don't think it had anything else on the front. Can't remember what was on the back.

Something tells me it's relatively easy to find or someone, maybe a bunch of someones will know exactly what shirt I'm talking about.

Budtenders, Whats on your playlist?

I specifically ask budtenders cause I'm curious about what gets played in the dispo. I'll be 100% upfront, I'm a musician and I'm hoping to see if there's a way to get my music / artists I work with on the store playlists. Most places seem like they're using a playlist of some sort, but I wasn't sure how to approach it, and I don't want to bother a budtender while they're busy helping people.

At the same time, I'm also looking for recommendations for my "schmoking" playlist :D so anyone's song suggestions are appreciated.

(before it's asked, due to sub rules, I don't want to go linking any of my music etc.)

Show some love to your local jugg artists! Who's your favorite local??

That cat thats on every show it seems like or that one you love seeing in the list of openers. Or maybe they're your homie for real.

Without naming yourself. Who's the local artists from your area you love to see live? And I mean local, if they're hitting a national tour, they're not really local anymore. Put the boost up for those small artist that you think deserve the love!

Looking for an Automation Wave game, similar to Warfactory meets Toy smash kaboom?

I'm looking for something where I build the base and the units go out and fight auto-battler style. Similar to Warfactory but without controlling the units, and similar to toy smash kaboom with the whole sending waves, but with an automation aspect.

There was also a game where you had kind waves of enemies coming at your main tower and the other screen was a factory sim. It was okay, but you didn't really produce units the same way.

Also not looking for necrosmith.

Not quite JUST ableton, but does anyone use an RME UFX 3? Trying to combat latency issues

Normally, I'd post this on something liek the RME sub, but uh, there's like nothing there? That and the "wearethemusicmakers" sub makes me feel like it'll get deleted since that sub has 6 thousand rules. What I'm trying to say is, I'm sorry if this is the wrong place, but I'm out of ideas.

I have an RME UFX 3 interface and for some reason I'm sitting at around 4ms or latency. I thought I was insane, but I can feel and hear the delay and it's throwing off my timing when I record. Anyone know what the optimal settings would be? I've played around but can't seem to get it lower without it clicking and popping. Quite honest, it's doing it now, I'm just able to ignore it for the most part. Specific settings would be much more helpful, as a lot of online suggestions are basically just "lower your sample rate", but as you'll see below, I'm running out of sample rate to lower.

Current settings sample rate 48000, Buffer size 64 (was 125 earlier, which was giving me 6ms of latency.)

I've been dealing with it for a while, I'm just now caving into asking for help, so any would be aprpeciated.

This isn't the official sub? Blue checkmark and all?

I'm confused. I saw on another post that this isn't the official s&box sub? I thought it was cause of the description and blue checkmark (which, is that even a reddit thing?) Does the game not have an official sub?

Any advice for a newbie that only really plays vs AI with friends? I take forever to do anything and my econ is BAD

Hey ya'll. I got my friends into BAR and the more we play the less I feel like I'm getting better enough to continue playing. A single easy barbAI can beat all 3 of us without almost any effort. I've spent the last 3 days watching video after video and haven't had even the slightest improvement, so I'm caving and asking directly for help.

I like artillery, always have in most games. I love the idea of raining hellfire down from the comfort of my base. I picked the arty team after playing the other team for a few games. My goal was always to tech up to tier 2 quickly to get the fun arty out. This never happens, at least not "quickly". Unless 20 min is "quick" in a 3v1.

I also don't believe a "build order" is something that can be really followed but I have been starting almost every game with.

metal -> metal -> 2 wind -> 3rd metal -> lab/factory. After this, I'm usually getting attacked and everything spirals out of control and I die. With the lab I'll produce 1 con unit, then a few of the quick basic unit which I'll try to form a front line with, but the AI usually has arty units by this point and outranges whatever I try to put out. So my units die before they can even engage.

Since it's a bunch, I'm just going to bullet point what I THINK are my issues.

  • I can't seem to figure out resources to save my life. I'm either way over or don't have enough to build anything. I use wind when the winds are high, solar when they're not
  • I have no idea when to build storage. I'm ALWAYS building. But I never remember storage.
  • I hit tier 2 between 18 to 30 min depending on if I get picked first by the AI or not. That seems like forever in a 3v1.
  • I have absolutely no idea what units to build (a bit of an explanation at the end). If the Ai builds X do I build Y?
  • When should I be pushing out for more metal? I've tried building 3 con units (between units for defense) and went out for more metal nodes right away and every time, the Ai just waltz's over with arty units and kills everything outside it's range. I can't afford to stick my own arty over there cause I never have the metal for it by this time.
  • When I do hit tier 2, I send my first Con unit to upgrade all the metal, second one starts building reactors.

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm really bummed that we have something to play together and I'm so bad that I'm slowing losing the enjoyment and I'll be honest, I'm relatively desperate to have something for us to play together again. Even if I can see some improvement in my gameplay, it'll help. I don't have to go for gold right off the bat.

Also, as a relatively new player. These units look so similar it's nigh impossible for me to tell what the hell I'm looking at or about to build without extra time taken to stare at the unit. Why does everything look so similar?
