Bully on Steam: How can I sprint with Ultimate Selector V3 installed?

Hi all,

For some reason, rapidly mashing 'X' with this mod installed doesn't allow Jimmy to sprint. He starts and then gets bugged out of the animation and you can only run. Anyone know a fix?

Were the blackmailers watching Kenny and Hector in Shut up and Dance?

I've always found the shot of Kenny staring at a guy on his phone while walking out of the hotel with Hector to be a bit strange (in a good way), and after Kenny robs the bank, Hector says: "There was some bloke standing there on his phone, freaking me out."

Is it possible that the blackmailers were actually watching them in-person throughout the episode or are these things that are focused upon or mentioned to display their paranoia?

Were the Throng actually sentient?

Still really conflicted on this in Plaything. I just struggle to believe that they were actually communicating with Cameron and think it's more likely that he was just tripping balls and that the prolonged usage of LSD and other drugs messed him up so bad that he began to live in a permanent false belief that the Throng were actually speaking to him.

Is there any evidence that sways strongly in one direction?

Dana White implies that Devin Haney and Shakur Stevenson have signed with Zuffa Boxing: “Possibly… I think everybody's gonna be here."

Can still continue with one part of the 1,500 word one, but the other 3,000 word one I can't literally access the required extracts for anymore and I can't remember the section of the book they come from. Actually tried locking in to save my grade and get hit with this.

Due on the 12th and I'm behind on content by like 5 weeks lol and have barely started. Doomed.

Hi all,

In both games and literature, I've always been fascinated by narratives that focus around a seemingly well-meaning character, that, as the plot progresses, is eventually revealed or foreshadowed to not be as good as they seemed. I have no idea what to call these sorts of characters, but they really fascinate me. I love the unexpected twist of learning that the character you've viewed the lens of the story through isn't the admirable or normal person you expected them to be.

These protagonists are typically either large contributors to a problem they're attempting to solve or have been a direct cause of something bad. This will typically not be revealed to the reader or player until the end or close to the end of the plot. They may sometimes face some sort of 'punishment' despite their good deeds through the eyes of the player or reader that is ultimately intended to act as a repercussion for what they initially did.

Is there a type of name for this narrative or character archetype? It’s a favourite of mine and I don’t think my explanation has done it justice, it comes in so many forms!

Not sure if there are too many people like me in this subreddit, but I work at a fairly sizeable AAA publisher in a role I won't specify here, but my goal was always working at Valve!

I live in England and unfortunately don't think I'd ever be ballsy enough to make an application (I doubt I could afford to relocate and they probably wouldn't have me anyway), but does anyone else here work in games and had Valve as a goal?

Hi there,

I'm a UoB student who's going on an academic trip to Japan in June for 3 weeks. I study Japanese as part of my degree, so it's compulsory. Flight prices from BHX seem very expensive compared to other locations. Whilst I have funding that covers up to £905 of travel costs, I'm not sure just yet how long it will take to be reimbursed and I need to know relatively soon.

Do you guys have any experience with this?

Hi all,

I'm a student going on an academic trip to Japan soon, in which I'll be staying for 3 weeks. I study the language as part of my degree, so this is compulsory. I'm getting funding to cover £905 of the costs, but I'm not sure how long this will take to be reimbursed to me, so I was wondering what the cheapest way of booking flights nowaday is? Thanks in advance!
