I know people have complained about the gondians lacking any sense of self preservation before but I just failed to get several gondians out of the iron throne because they ran AWAY from the ladder. Fucking away from it. Im so pissed at them right now.
Sorry for the bad photo, a heavily planted tank makes photography hard. Ayways, I got Some new shrimp yesterday ( 2 blue velvets and 5 super reds if it matters)and 3 of the super reds have died. One dies during the drip acclimation and I chalked it up to age combined with the stress of the move. Went back to the LFS today and they gave me a refund. Came back from LFS and another one was dead. then checked on the tank this evening and a third is dead. Neither of the two that died today showed any odd behavior beforehand, and I hav no idea what is going on. I drip acclimated them for 45 minutes before putting them in the tank. all the blue velvets and remaining two super reds seem perfectly fine. PH 7.4, Ammonia 0, Nitrites 0, Nitrates 5, KH 2. tested by both myself and LFS yesterday and today, they agree the water quality is not the issue. if anyone has any idea what could be going on or what I can do about it I would really appreciate it. Word of warning: If you free the vampire spawn, dont walk past gandrel and his kids with the blood of lathander equipped (or a weapon with sunlight cast on it) it makes his kids run away, which turns him hostile, and then you have to knock him out every time you waypoint to the city sewers or kill him.
I have 2 males and a female blue velvet neos. (I think. one of them is noticeably larger than the other 2) and I really want them to breed. it’s been 3 weeks in the tank and no sign of any mating. should I just wait or is there something I can do to hurry it along?

Edit: To people saying I should use globe of invlunerability, I have in the past and did this run to not die to all the runepowder. I still hate the fight.

Basically the title. Torches see a lot of use in media but I know they do a better job night-blinding you than providing actual illumination. was there anything bright enough to illuminate a hallway or corridor that could be easily carried by an adventurer?

Trying to decide what class to play for my first resist Durge run. did an embrace durge run and felt terrible, so looking forwards to trying for a "Good" Ending! this "Best class" Can be for lore, flavor, or mechanics (Please explain) but please pick something that can hold it's own in melee or explain some tactics because I am Terrified of the orin duel 1v1. (Say what you will about slayer form, but it's multiattack was built for getting through her unstoppable stacks.)
